TWO STADIUMS in one day!! Pirates, Guardians, and CRAZY WEATHER

- Driving from Pittsburgh to Cleveland takes two hours, so the timing was gonna be tight -- and I didn't want to miss anything. Pirates DH Andrew McCutchen was going for his 300th career home run at PNC Park, and Clayton Kershaw was gonna be pitching for the Los Angeles Dodgers at Progressive Field. SO MUCH POTENTIAL ACTION! And I was also hoping to catch a baseball at both stadiums. How bad was the rain? Did it ruin everything? How many other times have I gone to two MLB stadiums in one day? Here are my previous doubleheaders:

Great video! Did you know that you did this same Cleveland-Pittsburgh doubleheader exactly 12 years earlier? That one you started in Cleveland first then went to Pittsburgh. Crazy how it happened on the exact date. Too bad the weather sucked. You’ve actually never done a video from a major league game that never made it through, so this was a first. You’ve done two minor league videos of games that were never played- Reading and Beloit, which wasn’t played at all.
WHOA!!!!! You are the man with the dates. I really think that when it comes to baseball, you know more about me than I do!

Seeing two games at two different stadiums is one of my biggest goals, majors or minors. Knowing me though, most likely minors. Just the thrill and sheer determination of snagging balls at each fuels the desire to accomplish it. And I have to say, it’s been really refreshing to see you and Jordan getting along like old pals these last two seasons!!!
Thanks, Jordan has been really cool lately. I still appreciate that he was willing to chat with me two years ago in Anaheim so we could work out our differenced. As for YOU, I hope you're able to pull off a doubleheader sometime soon.

I have done the two stadiums in one day twice. The 1st was Cubs and Brewers back in September 2022 and recently it was Dodger and Angel Stadium on Saturday August 19th due to Sunday games being rescheduled for both teams resulting in doubleheaders. They were trying to get those games in before Hurricane Hilary. Fortunately, nothing crazy where I lived. Just some heavy rain like we get during winter. Angels had to reschedule Monday's Night's Reds game to Wednesday Night and play a double header resulting in no BP. That was because their drainage system sucks just like the team.

Reading "The Baseball" and tuning in to this adventure has made for a quality evening. Two stadiums i cant wait to get go eventually.
Having driven in the Midwest in rain all my life, I worry about you and Max and your videographer driving back to New York in the rain! Get a hotel in Cleveland, and enjoy the game at noon the next day! Good grief, Zack! Beautiful video, and what a road trip!!!
I ended up going to the rest of that Guards vs Dodgers game. Very interesting experience. Awesome video!

Hey Zack, where does PNC rank for you as a ballpark? Side note, it's funny, I work Sundays in downtown Pittsburgh and always go to the windows that overlooks the entire North Shore of PNC / Heinz Field. Such a great view, hope you had a nice time around here.

on the note of food, next time your in Baltimore, you have to try the new doughnut stand on the concourse level. Its on the right as your waling towards the escalators form the bullpen area, sort of across from the small team store, along the 3rd base side. They're really good

No, if it's not an official game, then it doesn't count, but if I DO get a ball, then it counts.

The morning I landed they said 20% chance then 2 hours later it went to 90% chance had to rebook my flight to Boston
At least I did see the full game in Cleveland before heading to Fenway Park to see the Dodgers play lol thank god no rain out game in Boston! I was afraid of not seeing a game in Boston after months of planning 😂😭🙏🏽
