- Meat tray science when grilling is more of an art form, knowing when to put each different cut of meat, as you want all of the meat coming off the grill at the same time.
I’m going to show you how to cook a standard butcher's meat tray, by timing when each different cut of meat needs to be placed on the grill.
As with all my recipes I run through the selection, preparation, seasoning, BBQ set up, times and temps, so you can recreate this recipe at home.
As always, cheers for watching and see below for equipment I use to make my videos and the gear I use in them.

Was wondering whether the classic meat tray would make an appearance, and as always you didn't disappoint. Pure moist class as always Schuey
I didn't have the energy to hit the subscribe button. Then I realised I already was! That must have been during a 15 beer cook.
15 beer cooks are the best @IamJaneS
@@SchueysBBQ at a minimum!
I will call it Oregano instead of Oregano....Thanks for your wisdom as always!!👍👍
@thedavishkitchen 😂 😂 😂
love the walk off and on the screen with the ingredients
Thanks @randypoe560, just trying some new stuff to keep the peeps looking, appreciate the feedback 🙂
Very entertaing, you had me smiling. Liked the beefy volcano in the Weber, I would prefer to buy one like that as opposed to the thin cone Weber offers on their site. So Snag I gather is sausage in Australian, how'd that come about? Way on the other side of the pond mate, your country intriques me, maybe before the sand runs out in my hour glass I'll be lucky enough to see what it's all about. Lamb chops,,,all yours....yes they are.
Oath mate! Love your channel and you've never led me wrong! Shakkas to you
Great video as usual and I would love to be at your BBQ.
Thanks @rogerwilco59, would love to hold a BBQ one day, everyone enters a draw and I pick out say 20 people to come along for a feed at my place
I've gotta get to pub that still does meat tray raffles 😂
And the local footy and cricket clubs @MarkManson14 😉
First like & comment Schuey! That’s a 1 beer timer there! 😂
Thanks @Outalimits I truly appreciate the support. I think you deserve a couple of beers for this feat mate 😉
That looks great , I could do half of that without breaking into a sweat 👍
New sponsor hey. I use heat beads anyway 😊
Nah no sponsor mate, just a lot of people always asking what I'm using @drifterdrifter9558. Heat Beads use to sponsor me when I was actively competing though.
ahh rum and bbq parrot perfect
Thanks @piratepete1961 BBQ parrot 😂
You ever try bush herbs with ozzie bbq
Now and then I do @tracyrice9282
Meat trays! We used to get some really great ones back in the day... not so much these days. Cost I suppose.
Too right @chrishewitt4220, they have gone to the wayside but Mick at Gippsland Premium Meats is bringing some old school back to BBQ.
if thats the green inkbird temp probe from bunnings, they have recalled them. its on the main page of their website
Thanks @thepontiff7505 I use Thermoworks though 🙂
If a toddler can grab a screw driver and take the battery out I've got an issue.
Where are ya getting kosher salt in Aus? Can't get it anywhere in WA.
Plenty of online BBQ suppliers sell it mate and some butchers @michaeldebruij1047, thequeclub.com.au/products/davidskoshersalt112kg?_pos=2&_psq=salt&_ss=e&_v=1.0
You should do a fried rice on the webber and send it to uncle Roger.
😂 😂 😂 @michaeldebruij1047 I have actually thought of doing this
You might want add a 3rd beer time what can 3rd beer timer Cook sir?
Some longer cooks coming up shortly @RobdRoss1
What if you have got a Master Touch Premium you can’t spin the lid
Is kosher salt the same as good old Saxa salt? Otherwise stop saying it 😂 aka oregano 😊
Nah it is different @moyralouise7123, coarser grain, more refined.
I think they are usually called "flakes" in Australia, no expert though
@@drdiscostu Nah different again. Kosher salt is more of a finishing salt, use cooking salt if you can't find it.
It hurts my soul seeing the grill get thrown 😢
This might not be the place for you then...
What the f is Ore E Gano? In Italy, it is called oregano! Get it right Schuey!
Thanks @rootboycooks 😂 😂 😂
