Shawn David - That’s only the Premium trim’s lights. The Premium Plus and Prestige are way better with full HD Matrix-design LEDs. And if you’re lucky enough to live in a country where you can get the FULL functioning Matrix LED, you’ll be blown away.

GHN1013 same with bmw. My X5 has all led lights inside and out except for the front turn signals...I have the highest package level available and yet I would have to add a $2,500 premium lighting package just to get led front turn signals. I was going to change them to led but decided against it.

Audi does it as well, but I feel you can get a little bit more for the price with an Audi. I’ve spec’d the same amenities and options I wanted (Full LED headlights and Taillights, Drivers Assistance, Parking Assistance, Warm and Cold weather package, etc), for all three brands, and BMWs and Mercs were generally $8k-13k more for the same cars.
GHN1013 I don’t find that. Drove a similarly equipped Q7 back when I bought my X5 and they were roughly the same price. Although to be fair, you guys over in the states get screwed. Most of the packages you just named are standard on the Canadian A4 for the same starting price.
Why did they get rid of the panara sun roof?! This refresh is mostly a disappointment. Not a fan of the the front. That “mustache” makes this look like an impala. A generation before the current impala.
It’s nice, but why did they put all those piano black pieces in it? Absolute worst material for a car interior IMO. Also baffled why they removed the MMI controller. Should’ve just added the touchscreen option like BMW has done. I’ll be happily keeping my ‘18 A4 for sure.
Kia and Hyundai copies Audi designs. In fact Hyundai group copies designs from many of European brands and then just slaps its badge. It’s the reason I hate Hyundai and Kia. Also Hyundai group hired VW/Audi designers
Hi Drew and Mason 😄. Yes, it is enough, and I'm already looking forward to the S4 version of this 2020 A4. The car is an improvement. I've only seen one other vid for the North American version of the latest A4, from what I've seen, Drew and Mason you are second to have reviewed this car.
Great review. Really like the way you cover everything. Btw, A4 still has the nicest looking interior of all Audi models in my book. I see they use that in the A5 coupe now as well, but the other models have a different look that I don't like at all interior wise.
I lie to give all cars a good chance to stick on me, and tbh the exterior might. But, that interior is just lacking and sorry. Audi knows how to make a beautiful car! Look at the Audi A7! Audi being a premium luxury brand has no excuse to have analog gauges in the gauge cluster. I don’t care if it is base model or top of the line. I think that Audi should change that while they are still in pre production phase. Also another thing, that screen (in my opinion) should not be tablet style.it should be in the dash. The only car that I like with it is the Tesla model 3. It is simplistic with little buttons possible so it makes sense. The Audi still has buttons so I don’t think it works. Great review and I am just throwing this out there. This is defiantly not at the top of my list. New BMW 3 series all the way!
Do not understand why reviewers not highlighting missing chrome in either front grill or windows(many cars have started coming with just half chrome i.e only at bottom of window surroundings).Cars would always look beautiful with more and full surroundings of chrome.Recent Lincoln's are of high praise as luxury only becoz of more chrome atleast in front grill).More black everywhere look just pathetic instead of revealing sportiness.
I have 2019 premium plus digital cockpit its got navi and other extras i like seats in the 2020 though i hope the radio is better than mine my only compliant a 50,000 car should come with much better radio but its the perfect balance between sport and luxuary smooth ride there were a lot cars that i looked over because they didnt offer that balance so if looking for this audi definitly the leader of the pack
The audio sample is great to hear the base of the audio system. Can you use this same kind of audio in all of your reviews so it will be consistent. or you can make it close to that cause I notice that some of your reviews, base is not present on the audio sample. Seriously, if they would move the cup holders, that would’ve been enough. How can you tell if someone is an Audi owner? They’re all dehydrated because the cup holders are in the worst spot ever.
They should really show the Prestige (or at least the Premium Plus) model. Audi skimps so much between this base model vs the higher trims. This trim model sucks.
Car Confections - I see. But you guys should probably do another video to properly showcase all the luxury amenities that the higher trims can give you. The difference is really like night and day.
I had a 3 A4s prior to 2017. I hated the 2017 designed. Now this design is worst. I’m not impressed with Audi’s body language. Their focus seems to be SUVS. Q8 is gorgeous, Q7 and Q5 are meh. Leased a Mercedes E class instead. I guess I’ll stay with Mercedes for the time being until their design language wins me over gain.
cloudniner4lifex Audi reliability is also the worst. Yes, this is coming from a current BMW owner. Bought my 2010 Q5 back in March of 2010, was my first car from a luxury brand I had ever owned. Loved it for the first 45,000 kms until there was a severe engine problem that the techs at the dealership couldn’t figure out. They literally ripped apart my engine 3 different times within a month period, and they couldn’t find anything. At about 4 years in (2014) and 75,000 kms, I stared having issues with the Tiptronic where it would stutter between 2nd and 3rd gear. At that point I said screw it and traded it in on a 2015 Audi A6, hoping that the issues were just with that particular car. Had more engine problems with the A6, and after just 1 1/2 years with it, traded it in on an X5 since the wife had a baby a few months prior. Almost 4 years later, have had no issues whatsoever with over 73,000 kms on the odometer. Will be purchasing the all new X5 (G05) in 5 or 6 months from now. Did you have any issues with your Audi’s? One of my good friends has a 2017 A4 and hasn’t had any issues yet.

I just picked up a 2019 A4 premium plus last week. Honestly, I like the way the 2019 looks much better than the refreshed version, even to this day.

The only model Audi keeps botching. The previous one couldn't even compete with the 3 series and C Class. I'm not too keen on this one too.

You should’ve gone for the A6 or A7 then. Way better looking design (inside and outside) than the E-Class IMO.

55ssimani more like 2010 interior it was on 2011 Audi A8 which was next gen A8 at the time. In 2.5 years Audi A4 speed up to 2018 interior
