I'm a friend of Øneheart, we often work together and I can say that this is the closest remake to the original so far, but he used different instruments and settings, but it's interesting that you were able to recreate the sound differently. Good job!
I forgot to mention that I added a generous amount of Valhallah Shimmer, Valhalla Vintage Delay and Valhalla Vintage verb to each track including the master!
How would i change the master tuning in something else, just find the conversion of cents to hertz and put a shifter on the instrument adjusting accordingly?
Yeah, that's another way to do it! Either with a DAW's default pitch shifting or by using a plugin like Waves PitchShifter. Most high-end plugins have a global tuning option to change the standard 440hz though. Thanks for watching!
It very much is. I would recommend downloading the free demo of the synth called DIVA. It’s an awesome plugin and it’s actually the one that Oneheart actually uses.
The long answer: There's quite a backstory as to why the standard pitch is 440hz and there are a ton of theories on the meanings and significance of using different hz frequencies (for example 432hz is the healing frequency) but the short answer is: It just sounds cool!
@Nowyouknow i heard about these Theories but I thought they are commonly accepted as conspiracys. Also the relation of each Note doesnt change right, it's just a few Cents deeper... Would be interesting to hear the artists reasoning behind this.
He used the plugin called Diva which has a fine tune pitch knob you could mess with. I think it’s just something to use to change the sound. Much like the common practice of throwing a pitch shifter on your master and changing the tuning/pitch of an entire track to explore the difference in sound. Perhaps, 440hz is a sound that just resonates with people, who knows!
What is the reason why this sonh sounds so familiar. I swear it reminds of dream SMP, and just Minecraft in general, even though, it was never played in either of them, i dont think.
What’s wild is that It’s actually quantized to the triplet grid! You can’t see it, cuz the triplet view wasn’t enabled, so it just looks off. It also starts on the upbeat before the 1 on the downbeat.
I actually have it quantized to the triplet grid and have it coming in on the upbeat! Sounded better that way rather than having it on the start of the down beat. Try it and lmk what you think!

wow it sounds very nice, good job!
Crazy how you recreated the sound so good 🔥
Thanks for checking out the vid!
I find it so cool how you can have theoretically complex music, but also "simple" music where the complexity lies in the sound design.
Bro you are so talented! My bestest of wishes for you!
Thanks bro!!
wow that was amazing thank you for your video.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Great vid 😁
can you give a download link for the set btw
Can you plz tell me what is the category of these type of songs, like what is the word that represent these type of songs?
I’d say “Ambient/instrumental”
Dreamscape has a lot of them
It was amazing on you, it's just like the music we uploaded ❤
How would i change the master tuning in something else, just find the conversion of cents to hertz and put a shifter on the instrument adjusting accordingly?
Also great video i would love to see people do more breakdowns of ambient songs

Just a theme song I made for my channel
it goes hard, post it@@NowyouknowMusic
bro this guy is good maker
what notes did you play
Wow huge respect you got a sub for this one
You need to quantize the beats and make some tracks velocity lower that the otherw

Rhythms are a bit off but overall in terms of sound this is probably the best remake I've heard
is there any reason this song is not tuned by 440 hz?

Can you post this for download? Like the ableton project file.
wow cool!
I’m 90% sure this song has been sampled/ based upon an interlude/ending from a old wiz khalifs song
can u made it on fl ;)
the song is soo good.....but what isi s trying to tell it has a story

40% accurate
Snowfall sound like minecraft music 🎵 🎶
Kinda slay but u need to quantize it bro

@@NowyouknowMusic Ah I see, sounds good. But whatever quantize setting you used is slightly off
428 hz its a magick
this sounds great but it would sound a lot better if it was quantised :,) very nice work tho
