Bad things happen and theres nothing you can do about it when they do happen. What truly matters is what you do in response. Do you stay down or do you get back up. Life is an emotional rollercoaster and when youre down your only direction is up

You don't know what impact you have in this world and it's sad to see that your demons are fighting against you and want to get the better of you. Because you change things, it's something so simple and so small that lights up someone's world, it can be a little smile on your lips, the way you look at things you're passionate about, even if it's been hard for you lately, the way you zoom out and into your own world, you light up my world by reading this, it means a lot to me that you're here, that you exist, but I don't want you to just exist, you deserve to feel alive. It's heartbreaking that you think you're not capable of being loved, because you are, I love you through all my words and I hope you'll let it happen in your heart. You're much stronger than you think, you haven't left your place on this earth even if you wanted to, you belong here, even if you don't feel like it, when you don't feel like you belong, build your own house here, put all your love and dreams into it. Think of yourself as a star when you're lonely, you shine because your heart is good, no matter what mistake you've made, no matter what past you've had, you're one of the stars shining in the universe because your heart is beautiful, that's why the demons in your mind want to have it. As one of the stars, you see other stars, maybe they've felt the same as you at some point in their lives, but they light up the universe with each other's presence. You're a star to me, maybe you don't see it yourself but I do, you're beautiful inside and out, your body is beautiful the way it is. You make me happy by reading this, you make me feel something by your presence and when you can make me feel that, you make other people feel that too. I hope you'll stay for yourself and not let your story be written by others but by yourself, it's your story not theirs. As you can see, I say a lot of "I hope" because I have hope for you even if you don't have any for yourself, I see hope in you even if you want to give up. That's why I hope you don't see the world in darkness and see it colorful again, I hope to give you a glimpse of hope and make the world you see a little colorful for today. My favorite color is red, and I hope the next time you see the color red, you'll think of my words. If someone has left you, don't blame yourself, don't think you weren't good enough, don't put yourself down for someone who couldn't see the beauty in you. If you've lost someone, I'm really sorry for that loss, they want you to be happy, I hope you don't feel guilty or regretful because you were there, you spent enough time with them, they want you to be happy. They're in a good, safe place now. If someone broke your heart, I'm sorry they couldn't see that you're so beautiful because of the heart you have. If it's night time for you, go to sleep, I know it's hard to fall asleep right now but you deserve a good night's sleep. If you're having nightmares, please don't let them fight you. If this is the day for you, don't start it with such sad music, I know it's impossible to have a good day with such a state of mind, but take small steps, start by drinking two cups of water every morning, etc. You'll start to develop small, healthy habits. If it's evening for you, you're probably overwhelmed and stressed, I want you to know that it's normal to feel the way you do. You don't need to be afraid, of course you're overwhelmed or stressed, I mean who wouldn't be? But it's important to know that when you're feeling like this, you need to take care of yourself, by taking a bath for example? You deserve to feel comfortable and relaxed.
And if you find yourself somewhere in between, I hope you know that you're so strong to breathe despite the pain, I know you'll pull through :) I believe in you. All I want is for you to stay here, I really mean every word I say, even though there's a lot I don't want to say and my text is getting longer and longer, I want you here.

On last Monday, I got into my car at 4am, drove 4.5 hours solo to the summit of a far mountain where there's no one else except myself. I looped this song for hours on the top, while staring at the frost and snow pile that has begun to form, breathing in that cold, but refreshing air; and getting all the stress and anxiety away from my life - for even just a brief moment. It's been one of the best days I've had in awhile.

I’m a true believer in nature therapy. I grew up and had depression for years, at my darkest point I was suicidal, and of all the things that were going on at the time, there was a few times I’d just get in my car and go drive into the hillside, either early in the morning or late at night, just myself and they were some of the most peaceful times I’ve ever felt. Going on hikes, go for a walk on the beach in the morning, the best feeling ❤️

I can’t describe how this song makes me feel entirely but it is sad and enlightening at the same time. I’m a rather bad person, I am generally mean, I have low empathy and I’m not appreciative of people or things too often..this song makes me feel regret and almost as if I am a completely different person. My grandma passed away june 1 after years of fighting cancer. she had stage 4 colon cancer but it had spread to her liver and the spot it was in was pretty much untreatable. She was i think the most devoted christian i ever knew. her burial was this morning and it was yes one of the toughest things i’ve had to fight through but it was also insanely bittersweet. I saw so many familiar faces and people i hadn’t seen for years, like my uncle who really built most of my childhood but got a divorce with my aunt. I didn’t get to personally speak to him but we saw eachother and jt was amazing. So many people were there to honor her life and I was so astonished to see all the different lives she touched. She would’ve loved this song, it’s so simple yet it has such a different meaning to people. I really don’t know how i’m going to make it without her, she made my life so much better and always knew what was best for me. I’m going to miss her more than anything but I take the most comfort in knowing she is in the clouds above watching over my family. I know she loved me and she knew I loved her.

This song reminds me of the good times I had with my halfbrother and Grandpa. I used to often talk and play Call of Duty Ghosts with my halfbrother. this reminds me of 2021 fall. we were on a class trip. i got sick so i rest in our hotel room that i shared with my friends. it started snowing. the shape of the houses were so pretty, i admired it every time. i watched as the snow fell in peace from the window. i was holding my cup of hot fruit tea with extra honey to calm my throat, as this was playing in the background. it was so peaceful that i've never felt before and eversince. i was secretly in love with one of my classmates. even though that person never knew that, i was constantly thinking about them. even at this particular event. i felt so warm thinking about them and witnessing all of this. i will probably never experience something like this again, but i will always carry the sweet memory of it until my last day on earth.

I lost my dad when I was 10 and had to help raise 3 younger brothers. It's hard. So hard. There’s just something about this song that brings me back to such a simpler time back in the 90s when the 90s and early 2000s were such a carefree environment for anyone young and old. You got to have the enjoyment of knowing that when you came home, you could play with the water sprinkler outside or take care of your Tamagotchi or draw with crayons or a drink out of those cute little fruit barrels and go out to eat at Pizza Hut for dinner. Hello, this is a small testimony, at 12 years old my brother got cancer and it started to get worse. I had to stay alone several times at home because I am from Venezuela. My mother stayed in the hospital and I read alone in my house. the Bible When I turned 13 I stayed at a friend's house. Mom was good to me but I felt alone sometimes I thought I couldn't do it anymore, but God is good that day 07/13/21 I stayed at my house that day I told my friend that I would be alone then I started listening to this song while reading the Bible 4 months later my mother arrived from the hospital and 3 months later they had to do radiotherapy on my brother I stayed with my mother's friend again I went back to listening to this song while it was raining in my house praying I read in the Bible Joshua 1:9 says "Look, I command you to be strong, do not be afraid or dismayed because the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go" and at that moment I understood that it annulled that It's a sad moment, it brings out good memories. My dog nova has recently died and she was someone i considered my best friend we were best buds she would follow me everywhere and everyone said because nova was a pitbull she was rude or stuff like that but she wouldnt even hurt a fly and she would make sure she protected me and she was the best dog ever. one day my dad called me crying and i asked him what was wrong and he said we have to put nova down because she recently had gotten hip displatia or whatever and she was becoming aggresive and she attacked my other dog kane our husky and kane attacked back and ripped half of her ear off and when we got to the vet i said and spent my last momments with her she looked in my eyes like she knew what was gonna happen and i couldnt let go of her and the vet asked us when we are ready and i never was and after my parents said yes were ready i kept silentlu saying no no no and i was crying so much and than the vet put a needle in nova and she died. i havent been the same since my life feels like hell i cant let my mind off nova and ive been praying to God to please let me see nova one more time as im writing this ive felt even worse writing this because i know i wont see nova for a long time.

A week ago my 15 year old dog died , I was and I still am very sad . She was the best dog ever and this masterpiece of a song makes me feel calm . Thanks øneheart and reidenshi for creating this song

This song makes me reflect the past. I remember all the stupid stuff i did as a kid. All the bad decisions. Some good decisions. Bad times. The feeling of being surrounded by people but still feel lonely. The feeling of love and regret. Realizing what i had once its gone. All the "attempts" i had. Remembering how foolish i was. Losing the ability to feel sad. Whenever I cry i would just suddenly burst out laughing with tears and pain written on my face. All the breakdowns i had. I dont even know what happiness is. Nor can i remember what its like to feel pain. Im in constant pain till idk what real pain even is. I tried accepting my fate and decided to guide others and help them. I gaved advise, i made them all walked the right path but maybe it wasn't out of kindness. Maybe its just that i want someone to do the same to me. But no one camed. At this point im just waiting for my end. I want to be at peace
I wrote this just to let out a little. Dont take it too seriously. I know someone else out there isnt going through something much worse compared to mine. I feel stupid for what ive done. I made myself into this and now idk what to do. Hope yall doing alright. Cya.

sometimes I'm alone, even with people around me on a daily basis, today I'm 29 years old and sometimes I look back and try to look at where I went wrong, I like my life, but I don't like my professional life, I was never very good at getting high grades in school. Whenever someone would teach me math they would bully me because I didn't know math.
I feel sad not because of these causes but because of these situations but because of others that I've been through and I know I'll never get over.
Sometimes I look back and try to see where I went wrong, I try to advise younger people to define a profession and also not stop studying. Life goes by in the blink of an eye and in the end we saw nothing.

Looks like I’m not the only one who feels like this, let me tell you something, the world is a cruel, cold, and dark place, I’ve learned recently that no matter what ties you have to anybody, everybody is just as susceptible to betraying you and not appreciating you and disrespecting you as a person. It has hurt a lot to fully learn and understand this, is a stab in the gut for me to know this, but now that I know this, I know to never take anything for granted anymore, I know everyone is just as capable of leaving me, no matter who it is, or what I did for them and sacrificed, in the end, I’m still the bad guy in Their eyes. I feel lost and betrayed, but we will be better than them, fuck them, fuck everything they stand for, we will rise above them, and when we do, they’ll regret what they did to us.
I have been through a lot through the years. My dog passed away, my uncle passed away 2 months ago. And my sister has a diagnosis for Neuroblastoma Cancer. Shes doing good but shes in pain. Just listening to this lets go of all my pain.
But listen just because things are tough doesn't mean you need to give up. Move On through life and be happy never let anyone or anything get in your way. If your getting bullied. Don't listen to them you are smarter and stronger than them. You are a strong person and you dont need to give up. You only live once so make the most of your life. Go try new things, Travel the world, and be your own person. It doesn't matter what other people say about you. You can be great. You can make a difference in the world.
