I fully support and was long anticipating the passing of these two bills relating to advocate protection and advocate stipend, even though I am from a middle class background as opposed to being poor and my father received pension + gratuity from the government. I was going to join the military/paramilitary forces of India but a little bit of medical unfitness has gone into my way and I look forward to start my own law firm one day as of today!

Citizens can hold police accountable for unlawful actions, and officers are obligated to provide their badge numbers if requested. Activities like filming the police, flipping them off, or even using profane language are protected under the law.
It would be highly beneficial to create a video educating the public about these rights in the Indian context. It's crucial for people to understand their rights and the laws that protect them.

Your teaching style is awesome . Thank You .As per my opinion the Fix Stipend Law cannot be implemented because It might lead to less hiring of junior lawyers . There are many lawyers who has 2 to 3 juniors hired on a good faith if they are forced by law to pay stipend then their income will be hampered , Lastly young lawyers those who are not very interested and misses the days of practice it would be like freebies. And about the law for protection against violence towards lawyers I am in support because it would protect the right to live a peaceful life of lawyer and it would also ensure participation of women .

## 🏹 ST Community: Unfairly Dragged into the Supreme Court's Verdict? 🤔
The Supreme Court's recent verdict has paved the way for sub-classification within the SC community. However, the inclusion of the ST community in this judgment raises several concerns.
The sub-classification of the ST community was **never a point of discussion**. There was no law, no debate; yet, the Supreme Court **unilaterally** chose to **drag** the ST community into this verdict.
This is **unfair** because:
* **Distinct Identity:** SC and ST communities have **different historical backgrounds** and **social realities**.
* **Constitutional Provision:** The Constitution already has a separate provision for the **ST community of Assam**, indicating that the framers of the Constitution had **already implemented sub-classification within the ST community**.
* **No Demand:** There has been **no demand** from the ST community for sub-classification.
This verdict poses a **threat** to the **distinct identity** and **rights** of the ST community. The Supreme Court needs to **reconsider** this aspect and ensure **justice** for the ST community.
