Thanks for the great recipe because I can't live without Graham crackers! I love the richness and sweetness of your recipe. I buy Graham flour and it makes delicious cookies and crackers. It's made with whole wheat flour that contains finely ground flour and coarsely ground flour. That little bit of difference in the texture of the flour makes a big flavor difference in my opinion.
My sister loves chocolate covered Graham crackers. So I thought this year I'd make some for her stocking stuffers. Thank you for all your hard work it takes to put these videos out for us.

Steve's Kitchen When I was a kid and could eat grains of all sorts with no problems, toasted cinnimon graham crackers with a sugar slight crust was my great snack. They took them off the market and used cheap spun honey... Disaster! The way I remember the taste is slight brown sugar about 3 parts white sugar and enough cinnimon to give a nice overtone. I think I'll try them. I'd like to make just a very small batch just for me so can eat them hot from the oven. With some tea. Looks yummy. I can smell them. Lol

I'm trying to make a New York Cheesecake but I can't find the Graham cookies in the country I live, I'm going to make the cookies this way so I can do the original and authentic New York cheese cake, my question is that I can bake the whole entire cookie dough when spread on the baking pan so I can break it apart in pieces for storing and doing the graham cookie base for cheesecakes? I will be waiting for your kind response!
No need to increase the butter, add sugar to the dough until the "raw" dough tastes as you would like and then Bake Don't over mix, they will get tough.
Can you make these with gluten free flour. I have been looking for a gluten free graham cracker so this would be great if I can make them gluten free. Thank you. Love your videos.

Love this easy recipe which requires no special ingredients like wheat germ or graham flour. I see we packed our chef's coats... if you came out in a regular shirt our chins would drop, we'd call you an impostor and demand our Steve back, pronto. Just sayin' lol :o)

Try, if you will, a pinch of cinnamon. Maybe dust a bit of sugar and cinnamon just before baking.
