- Emma completing a "down and back" style workout. In the workout you complete the first portion as written, rest 2 minutes and then complete the workout in reverse order. Your score is the total time including the 2 minutes of rest. Ideally your splits between the down and back portions are identical. This was part of Emma's training as we prepare for the 2023 Rogue Invitational
