Ooh almost missed that this new series started up! I've seen portions of a couple playthroughs of this game so far and it definitely seems interesting. And right off the bat, is prompting you to figure out how to deal with the visibility issues for your screenshot tool. The ability to sort of overlay multiple screenshots with a chroma key is something I expect you may have developed in response to this, but the game is pretty dark in a lot of places anyways. Without giving too much away, one common takeaway I've heard about this game is it feels unique and refreshing in a sea of a lot of similar metroidbrainia types, so I'm excited to see what you think of it as you progress.
This is 100% too much work and you shouldn't do it, but damn it would be cool to see the state of your map and notes after an episode. I love seeing that sort of stuff. Thought processes, theories, works in progress etc.
are you taking screenshots through steam with f12? on controller you can hold middle (xbox/ps/nintendo) button and press r2 and it will take a screenshot. can be changed in "guide button chord layout" in steam settings
