Some will become impassioned, Some will become disheartened, Some will become jealous, Some will become filled with admiration. Prudnik, Ermes, and Sandris are among the people who managed to make their defeat a motivation. The defeat made them grow in respect and admiration for Devon. Ermes vs Vitaly, can't wait !!!

Ermes and Devon are my 2 favorite arm wrestlers. Ermes getting the opportunity to pull Devon this early in his career is only gonna make him much more technical and learn how to defeat longer arm guys. Ernes looks and sounds hungry to show what he is capable off after his loss to Devon and I imagine Vitaly really wants to show what he is capable off as well after getting beaten by Dave Chaffee in that close 3-4 match. Great champ. I have a routine with 10 excercises for pronator, 8 for flexors, the riser and cupping and 6 for the hand/wrist.
Hand, wrist, AND PRONATION exercises. You'll be strong enough for Devon in the rematch.
