    Yes! And the 3 part inventions/sinfonias are wonderful for strengthening and even stretching. These 2 and 3 part inventions have allowed me to not only get my hands in shape but my brain too. It helps with coordination as well as concentration. Would you believe that I perform the 2 and 3 part inventions regularly in public venues and people love them? It’s a surprise to me. Bach seems to engage the casual listener in a certain way that draws them in, adults and children alike. The Italian Concerto continues to be quite challenging but I love it and have also played it in public. It’s a totally immersive experience and completely energizing. Thank you JS Bach and thank you Robert🎹

    I would Hanon or Czerny exercises but Bach is always a workout too

    I don't know....I'd use a weight bench and an elliptical machine to get in shape....piano is too uncomfortable.
