This whole standing through corners thing is a revelation to me. In the old days (!) I clearly sat down far too much which makes you far more tired as you are hanging on for dear life.I wish I'd had a coach when I was a kid!
We should do a pro vs am Jett vs Aj… 😆
Have they not distanced themselves from this too? Aj has not pushed or really said much of anything about there presence in awhile
I think 15 million a year does that to relationships. Concentrate on the 15-20 mil while you can
@@TommyToboggan611 yeah they cut ties with him shortly after the failed transaction of GPF. It is funny though how AJ likes to sweep that under the rug. He screwed his business partner out of a million dollars cause he never had the funds to begin with
@@dr00andrew I knew it! The guy who used to own Gpf owns property with a private track out my way.
Off topic comment but I was just watching an old video of the 1978 Pine Top RI National (my hero era as a young fan) and I thought “Hmm, it’d be cool to have a riding coach critique the old pros.” Looks a lot different, the super wide bars and all lol. Might be fun AJ!
Night and day. Smoother and faster!!
Awesome speculation AJ, Brett looked 100% better after the coaching!
AWESOME LESSON 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Love your stuff man! I’ll see you November 8th at Skylinemx
Sweet track
Brett who hahahahaahahaha I love that guy
Would you please make some similar tips for those of us with replacement parts in our bodies that we need to be nicer too? Hips and knees? I just had my hip done almost 2 weeks ago, horrified of getting that foot caught in a rut and yanking the new hip apart.
We just had our Chase Sexton ProAm race today at Sunset. It was absolutely badass. #Zulululu4x
I guess Brett what is the pro
Brett cue!
Standing through both those corners looks slow.
Are you comparing me to Brett Cue?
Question: I am Looking to start riding, I have experience and used to ride in my adolescence. I am 6’0, 205, what bike is recommend? I am leaning towards a 350.
hard to advise till we know what kind of riding you plan to do... MX only, trails? for sure not a 250. 350 is a great choice as it feels lighter due to less rotating mass. if you can afford it go straight to a spring fork conversion, REP Suspension has a good dual spring set up at a decent price. not having to think about the air fork could help ya focus on riding again and it will absorb the small-stuff better with improved cornering traction.
just don't get a Husky unless it's the newest Rockstar model or you will be missing an inch of suspension travel. for the past 5 yrs the Husky has had reduced travel and that wont help with your weight/height. specs say 10mm but real world action/sag is an inch less. also suggest not getting an older model Husky from when they still had full travel, unless you get rid of the air fork for sure, as its harshness could put you off riding. recent air forks are ok, but back in that era they were just not nice.
@@yukonjon5964 probably a 70/30 split. 70% MX and 30% trail. Thanks for all the information. I am leaning more towards the KTM and turned away from Husky because of exactly what you mentioned.
@@Equip_Mint right on. there are no bad KTM 350's as far as i know, outside the air fork. best buy may be getting a mint older one and putting the money into the fork conversion and just be happy.
i'm actually thinking about a Husky 350 again now that travel is back up on the Rockstar model. currently on older 250F and 250 2-strokes. the 250F is just a bit boring for me. i will try the new Honda 250 and if that's not enough low end for my liking then i'll go with a 350.
I am the same height and weight and I ride a 23 crf250r. People saying not a 250 are missing the mark. More power isn’t going to help you if you don’t have good fundamentals
@@noahboudart886 after more research and following others, in my age class, go 450 and saying a better rider would smoke me in a 250… I have decided to go 250. Used to begin with, learn the proper mechanics and then progress from there. Thanks Noah for the reply. I am also working out everyday and working towards getting my weight under 200lb.
Dude Brett is a far better rider then you aj 😂😂
you literally have no clue
@@MIKEYC I think yah better just have a Google mate 😂😂 cue would smoke aj
