6:32 I like it, but it NEEDS a lot of updating. I have an issue with the price though the acreage, location next to the beach and size validates the price. So will see. I see it's a short term rental villa, which is what i would use it for.
this agent is beyond cringe, i'm almost embarrased for HIM in how clueless he seems to be regarding his lame 'puns' and awkward presentation... had to fast forward the video constantly to more interesting preview footage but still couldn't stomach the whole presentation beyond just over the 10 minute mark, at which point i had to end watching this disaster... i can't imagine the reason that makes sellers of multimillion dollar properties feel that choosing this dude as their agent is a sound business decision...
