Allure Homme Sport Eau Extreme was such a nice surprise to me. It opens very fresh and reminds me of something like a better Versace Eau Fraiche, but then turns into something totally different for me. It morphs into that slightly sweet/nutty vibe, almost smelling like some sort of pie, like a mix between pistachio, or even hints of something like a lime pie. It’s strange and I would even say unique, but also a killer “dumb-grab” walking out the door. Red, white and blue does you well. Your ring looks great.

Yesterday I purchased the two.. Allure Home Sport Eau Extreme and Eu De Toilette to add to my remaining Bleu de Chanel. I am in my mid fifties and I just wear what I fancy on the day. I shall keep the Sport and Eau Extreme for the very best occasions. But you will never beat Bleu de Chanel for the smell or the versatility. Excellent video and presentation 👍
I have both Allure Homme Sport Eau Extreme and Bleu de Chanel Parfum. Both are amazing for their well blended notes, sillage, and versatility. I would pick BDC Parfum as my top overall. I have to smell the original Allure Homme. Chanel has such an amazing line of fragrances, I don’t think you can go wrong with any of them.
I came here to say that she's missing Editon Blanche!! I wear BdC the most, but Edition Blanche is incredible (once you manage to get a bottle. It's quite rare)
Allure Homme Sport for me personally is better then Extreme version. It's opening is more aquatic for me like a sea breeze with citrus. Then for like 2 hours I can smell woody and spicy vibe (i love Cedar). Base then is still woody with some rasin and and amber. Vanilla and Tonka gives creamy feeling. Extreme gives just like cologne fresh with mint, sage and and cyprus. Mandarin is overwhelmed with aromatic herbals. Then everything after around 15 minutes becomes peppery. Bottom is just smoothness of sandał wood and sweet taste od Tonka but lot less aromatic then original one. Because of herbs and pepper opening of Extreme Has better projection however for me is not developing in such a sophisticated way like original does. Dry down of original then has better projection on my skin. Longevity is about the same and about 6h in my case. Price for original is higher thou. I understand you are playing for the name od Chanel but both frags are overpriced as you can get similar vibes for smaller money.

That smells very nice, but I found reviews that one is just performing for 1-2 hours. For far that reason (some reviews further) I will try the Dior Homme OR Dior Homme Intense which should stay for 8-10 hours.

Good review. I have all 3 fragrances. The original Allure was my first Chanel purchase, way back in 1999 when it was released. It was a powerful EDT back then. I bought another bottle just before last Christmas as I felt nostalgic. It's been watered down a bit and I need more sprays, but I still think it's relevant in 2023. The opening notes are so good, but as you rightly pointed out, it's the dry down when this fragrance comes into it's own. I like that it's under the radar as fewer people wear it. I think it's classic and elegant. Extreme has a "come and get me" vibe to it, though...wow!!
Blue EDT produced in early years was amazing. Projection and longevity. Now is not same perfume. Same thing with original ALLURE. ALLURE EAU EXTREME shows good quality which people do expect from CHANEL.

Can't go wrong with any of the Bleu de chanel fragrances. I have the parfum version and love it but I hear EDP lasts longer and is more fresh where parfum is more creamy after dry down.
the one with blow my mind is Platinum Egoiste i dont care about other opinion is simply the best for me. i will pick up something like sport extreem soon but platinum Egoiste is a masterpice.

For me a good all day fragrance with a nice orange/mandarin vibe until I discovered AHS Eau extreme. This one gives an extra kick compared with AHS. On my skin no beast mode for AHS Eau extreme by the way. My GF likes the original AHS more🙂
Allure Homme is one of Chanel's greatest ever scents for men. I wish it got more love. It completely blows BdC and the sport flankers out of the water. It's a completely timeless scent that really deserves to get the edp and parfum flanker treatment. I hope Chanel will revisit it soon.

the two smell alike, the original allure homme is a bit paler. it is edt vs edp almost. eau extreme lasts forever. they are delicious calming and playful all at the same time.
Have those , eau extreme is too powdery and an uneven ride but i agree on the sillage , it's one of my most complimented frag . Bleu i find it to be boring , Allure is OK . Allure homme sport original is the Daddy , funny enough it's a mix of all those three . Allure sport eau de cologne is a gem of a freshy .
Another great vid. Generally "blue" fragrances are lost on me. Bought this because it's an icon, solid and good for the office (as you said), I have to say I really enjoy Eau Extreme, it's "the special" one in the range. Finally Homme sport for summer or after a shower in winter. It lifts me out of the dark winters and chills me for an evening in.
Id love to see an intense version of the og allure eventhough its not going to be made by the master jacques. I really love that fragrance, real love there. Also love eau extreme, edition blanche and allure sport but not as much as the og, I even feel something special while opening that brown box and holding the bottle. Well I want to share with you that I do onw the 3 allure collection ALLURE HOMME ALLURE HOMME SPORT EXTREME , and ALLURE HOMME EDITION BLANCHE When I was shopping for it I was there whit the solid idea of getting the extreme version and call it the day but as I was sampling the lady in the counter spray the original allure homme version and I was liking it very much more about the other ones like you said it's something about it it's beautifully blended so alluring and elegant like it has more presence To me anyway And it's quite diferent to me than the extreme wish I did like it In reality both are amazing each of them has his strengths and "ALLURE " perfect name also so I ended up buying both of them and after few weeks I smell the edition BLANCHE and wow I have to have it To my nose they all smell quite diferent sometimes I like one more than the other ones And vice versa And of course I ended up falling for the pressure of the hipe and I ended up buying the CHANNEL PARFUM and I don't regret it a bit what a georgus sexy alluring and simultaneously present itself with such a strong presence it's hard to deny his ground in the fragance world the real state status of blue de channel parfum it's very very solid. I have worn BDC in all its variants. I have gone through a 3.4 of AHSEE. No compliments. In fact no compliments ever. Truth is I’m old and ugly 😂 but I’m ok with it. I love these frags and all my frags 👍💯❤️
I've got Chanel Bleu, Allure Homme Sport Extreme, and Egoiste. I try to say Allure Homme Sport Extreme like Josephine with a French accent (and fail miserably). I've been on a Creed and Tom Ford binge lately, however I would rank the Chanel: Allure Sport Extreme, Bleu, then Egoiste (Egoiste is overpowering and causes people to cough - not good, especially now).
I've got BDC EDP, it's great but not to the point people go on about it, it's projection and performance isn't that great either I'd Allure Sport extreme I love that scent but again on a price point especially in Australia I paid over $220 for BDC 150. ML And $170 for 100ml for Sport Extreme, for price side Sauvage edp lasts all day projects just fine, plus paid $340 100ml Dior Elixir which 4 sprays last 12 hrs, I'm not a sissy sprayer but the 2 Chanel's actually I have about 50ml of Allure Sport Cologne which I forgot I had, I'd rather go the Door than Chanel, don't get me wrong I love BDC but I guess there is a time and place for any frag, just in Aust we don't really have any discounters we can get the big names on a cheaper side.

On clothes, BDC can last overnight. But, it's 6 hours on skin.
I love Edition Blanche and AHS Eau Extreme. Edition Blanche especially smells delicious. 😁

Allure Homme is a very easy scent to pull off. Very safe and easily pleases. Next vottle will be Bleu De Chanel Parfume.

Based upon “ usage “ that Bleu De Chanel is probably the BEST everyday signature Cologne.
I love them all , so don’t be afraid of which one to buy.

I really like the Allure Homme, but had a friend who said he didn’t like it and a girlfriend who said it smelled too feminine. Maybe he was jealous and she didn’t want any other girls noticing me, who knows 🤷♂️. I like it

I actually smelled this tonight and it smelled amazing however the more I thought about it I did think to myself that it was possibly a bit too sweet and flowery. Shit smelled damn good tho

Hi Josephine, thank you for this nice video! Until some years ago I owned for several years Allure home sport. For me a good all day fragrance with a nice orange/mandarin vibe until I discovered AHS Eau extreme. This one gives an extra kick compared with AHS. On my skin no beast mode for AHS Eau extreme by the way. My GF likes the original AHS more🙂
Allure Homme is one of Chanel's greatest ever scents for men. I wish it got more love. It completely blows BdC and the sport flankers out of the water. It's a completely timeless scent that really deserves to get the edp and parfum flanker treatment. I hope Chanel will revisit it soon.
im 56 and use it when go see customers or just casual day to mall etc, and allways gets compliments. its fresh and classy, just cant get enough of this smell.

Allure Homme Sport Eau Extreme. I recently added Bleu de Chanel Parfum which i love also more for Evening Uses, dates, formal events.
I gotta say, I bought ALLURE HOMME classic by Mistake, At first I didn't like too much, just because it wasn't what I was looking for. 2 years later I bought ALLURE HOMME SPORT EAU EXTREME looking for something more fresh...but ..once i start using it it feels too much powdery for me, so I tried again mi old ALLURE HOMME, and I gotta say, I LIKED MORE THAN SPORT!!!!!!!! Definitely Josephine it's totally right about it!!!! Thanks so much @jusderose.
the two smell alike, the original allure homme is a bit paler. it is edt vs edp almost. eau extreme lasts forever. they are delicious calming and playful all at the same time.
Have those , eau extreme is too powdery and an uneven ride but i agree on the sillage , it's one of my most complimented frag .
Bleu i find it to be boring , Allure is OK .
Allure homme sport original is the Daddy , funny enough it's a mix of all those three .
Allure sport eau de cologne is a gem of a freshy .
Another great vid. Generally "blue" fragrances are lost on me. Bought this because it's an icon, solid and good for the office (as you said), I have to say I really enjoy Eau Extreme, it's "the special" one in the range. Finally Homme sport for summer or after a shower in winter. It lifts me out of the dark winters and chills me for an evening in.

Id love to see an intense version of the og allure eventhough its not going to be made by the master jacques. I really love that fragrance, real love there. Also love eau extreme, edition blanche and allure sport but not as much as the og, I even feel something special while opening that brown box and holding the bottle. I bought it because of you, thanks and regards from the caribbean.

Well I want to share with you that I do onw the 3 allure collection
ALLURE HOMME
ALLURE HOMME SPORT EXTREME , and
ALLURE HOMME EDITION BLANCHE
When I was shopping for it I was there whit the solid idea of getting the extreme version and call it the day but as I was sampling the lady in the counter spray the original allure homme version and I was liking it very much more about the other ones like you said it's something about it it's beautifully blended so alluring and elegant like it has more presence
To me anyway
And it's quite diferent to me than the extreme wish I did like it
In reality both are amazing each of them has his strengths and "ALLURE " perfect name also so I ended up buying both of them and after few weeks I smell the edition BLANCHE and wow I have to have it
To my nose they all smell quite diferent sometimes I like one more than the other ones
And vice versa
And of course I ended up falling for the pressure of the hipe and I ended up buying the CHANNEL PARFUM and I don't regret it a bit what a georgus sexy alluring and simultaneously present itself with such a strong presence it's hard to deny his ground in the fragance world the real state status of blue de channel parfum it's very very solid. A love at first smell for sure of all of them.

Great video. I have and really like all three, but would have to say a Chanel that I like to wear even more is Platinum Egoist.
I have worn BDC in all its variants. I have gone through a 3.4 of AHSEE. No compliments. In fact no compliments ever. Truth is I’m old and ugly 😂 but I’m ok with it. I love these frags and all my frags 👍💯❤️

I've got Chanel Bleu, Allure Homme Sport Extreme, and Egoiste. I try to say Allure Homme Sport Extreme like Josephine with a French accent (and fail miserably). I've been on a Creed and Tom Ford binge lately, however I would rank the Chanel: Allure Sport Extreme, Bleu, then Egoiste (Egoiste is overpowering and causes people to cough - not good, especially now).
I also have Chanel pour Homme which is very good.

I like Bleu but it doesn't last even 5 minutes on me. I wear the original Homme occasionally but it is a little too powdery for me.
I've got BDC EDP, it's great but not to the point people go on about it, it's projection and performance isn't that great either I'd Allure Sport extreme I love that scent but again on a price point especially in Australia I paid over $220 for BDC 150. ML And $170 for 100ml for Sport Extreme, for price side Sauvage edp lasts all day projects just fine, plus paid $340 100ml Dior Elixir which 4 sprays last 12 hrs, I'm not a sissy sprayer but the 2 Chanel's actually I have about 50ml of Allure Sport Cologne which I forgot I had, I'd rather go the Door than Chanel, don't get me wrong I love BDC but I guess there is a time and place for any frag, just in Aust we don't really have any discounters we can get the big names on a cheaper side.
I bought Allure Homme because of you haha! I REALLY REALLY LOVE the smell but sadly the longevity is quite on the low side

I don’t own any Chanel at the moment but my last one was Allure Edition Blanche was was great.
