Lets be honest, most of these big career youtubers know nothing about football and doesn't care about realism at all. If you really wanna keep it realistic, you wouldn't sell half of your team in the first season

PCQ: You should sign Bergwijn instead of Dybala since you just used him in Leeds rebuild. Bergwijn is looking to leave Spurs and is creative and skillful. He can also play as a winger and bagged so many clutch goals for Spurs this season, plus I don’t think you’ve ever used Bergwijn for a career mode would be very interesting.

PCQ: I recommend to make Coleman a Centre Back since he is slow and his stats are probably good enough to be a CB. However it may be risky since he is very short.
PCQ- One obvious signing is Raphinha. Another good signing is Nicolas Pepe, he is superb in FIFA. Marcus Asensio is a good shout for this Everton side. Another player is Callum Hudson Odoi and a backup striker to pick up is Ben Brereton Diaz.
In CB sign Salisu or Timber or Kabak the could grow as a a duo with Godfrey
PCQ: I feel Hudson-Odoi would be perfect for the RW. He has never found first team football at Chelsea and I think he would do well for you. He could also play on the left if you want to play Richarlison up front

Pcq: don’t sign a rw, convert gray there. Don’t waste him on the bench. Maybe instead sign a good CM to replace doucoure as he is old (as this career mode will take a while to finish) like for example Renato Sanches.
Anthony Gordon will do much better than Gray if converted to a RW, but he still needs a good RW if he wants to finish above mid table this season.

Pcq: for the Everton career mode you should check the youth academy every once and there so then when you get a player you should sub them in in small games or big games to grow.

PSQ: To keep the career mode realistic in my opinion u should not sign players from top clubs for now, my suggestion for a right winger is Ismailla Sarr( since Watford are now relegated)

PCQ: For you RW position, you could sign Musiala and convert him into a Right winger he is 79 rated with 89 potential.
PCQ: you should get either Madueke or Silas and use Iwobi in a swap deal for one of them, they both have pace,dribbling and have decent composure and finishing so they won’t miss chances that often . And you should convert Gordon into a right winger and use him off the bench
Pcq: Sign Samuel Chikwueze for the right winger position , you have never signed him in any of it career mode and would give a fresh feel for the series

PCQ: You can sign Pedro Gonçalves for that RW role he has a good rating and insane potential. Not to mention good skill moves and weak foot ability.
Pcq: put your midfielders on free roam as i felt they were kind of stuck in the middle and that why allan didnt perform well.
PCQ: both madueke and doku are fast pacy wingers that have high potential and will fit your system of play very well
And they aren't too highly rated with alot of potential so they won't be too expensive
PCQ: Sign Hudson Odoi or Rodrygo as you never used him and in the January window sign Van de Beek on a permanent deal
PCQ: you could sign Daniel James (Leeds United). He’s very pacey and has good dribbling plus he’ll only cost you around 30-40 million
PCQ: Try to sign Raphinha from Leeds United. You've got the money to do it and might as well chuck in Iwobi in the deal. If Leeds go down then Raphinha would leave Leeds and it might be a steal for Everton. Also if Barca, Real or Bayern offer for Richarlison then Raphinha can do his job whereas you also have Gordon and Gray on the bench
PCQ: Sign Marcus Edwards for the RW position. He is English outside of the Top 5 leagues and you have never used him
PCQ: Try signing Rodrygo because you dont usually use him in career mode and he has lots of potential

My "RW"recommendation:
"Dejan kulusevski"!!! Nice 22 year old young talent🔥, left footed, got good potential(86), decent rating(80) and affordable!!!!! ✌🏻
He's potential is 89 and he's 81 rated, though he starts the game on loan at Spurs so he can't be an option in the first season and he'll prob be 83-85 rated the next so he'll be more expensive
PCQ: For the right wing spot, maybe sign Pedro Goncalves from Sporting CP. He is 23 years old has 4 star weak foot and 4 star skill moves, very well rounded stats and by the time you get to the UCL Final with Everton, he could be an 87 rated player. Only con about him is that he isnt as rapid as wingers usually are but overall he would make a great impact in your career mode and he is too good for the Portuguese League
PCQ: CAN WE ADD "SAVE OF THE SEASON" TO THE SEASONAL AWARDS. I FEEL LIKE PICKFORD IS GOING TO MAKE SOME INCREDIBLY SAVES. THE BEST DESERVES TO BE AWARDED. LOVING THE SERIES ALREADY.

PCQ: sign di maria for the RW spot. Your attack doesn’t have experienced players and di maria would help with that. It would also switch up your style of signing young players only. He’s also leaving psg irl so it’s kinda realistic

Instead sign David Neres from Shakhtar as he is still pretty young, and you could try to revive his career, because he used to be a really big youngster but now not so much, and he could link up with Richarlison
Pcq: Try switching to a 4-4-2 formation playing gray on the left and signing noni madueke for that right side as he has bags of potential

PCQ - I have 2 suggestions.
1) For a winger, you should get Jarrod Bowen as he is a cult hero and you know how to use him.
2) I know that you don’t really need a center back, but you could get Jeremiah St. Juste as he is one of, if not the fastest, center back in the game. This could be good for games like Liverpool against Sadio Mane
PCQ: Try and sign Boadu. He is 19-20 years old but has insanely high potential. Currently he is in the 70’s but he grows super quick.
Another suggestion is since you want a new right winger Cherki is 16 years old, in his 70’s and has a potential of high 80’s.

Pcq: Why don't you go for 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow formation. You won't need a new winger. You have depth in midfield as well plus you can play both DCL & Richarlison up top. It's a formation I haven't seen you use much in career mode.

PCQ: Use Gray as a RW as you have rivharlison on the LW. I think he has a bright future thinking about dynamic potenzial. Instead u vould sign a LB or sum.
PCQ:you should take long shots very often with van de beek because in my career mode he scored some bangers only on 80 ovr his long shots stat might not be that good but on the pitch he's the best long shot taker
PCQ: You need a new centre back, try going for Salisu from Southampton, Koch from Leeds, Tarkowski from Burnley or Veltman from Brighton
Pcq: please don’t forget about branthwaite and Gordon they are 2 promising players

PCQ: Honestly I don’t think Doucoure is the right fit for a cm, yes he has balanced stats but I don’t believe he’s a good fit, questionable pace and his passing isn’t even at the caliber that a good midfielder would regularly have, if you make some extra cash til Winter I think you should sign a Midfielder, Possibly someone like Dominik Szoboszlai, if he doesn’t fit your budget I’d recommend Claude-Maurice or Fabio Carvahlo. For a Right Winger: Junya Ito or Pedro Goncalves are good shouts, good pace and both would fit the role perfectly.

Edit: The only reason he left is that Rafa Benitez doesn't like him, which no longer matters because you're the manager now. He could also be a good veteran who can pass and shoot with ease if you remember your Fifa 20 Leeds career.

23 year-old ukranian footballer, plays in Dinamo Kyiv as a left-mid and right-mid, but he's got really good stats for his age: 80 rated with 85 potential, he's got pace and agility, but he's also got good dribbling and ball control. One think I suggest is that you should pick a plan that increases his finishing, but apart from that he's a baller and he can help Everton to be more rapid on the sides of the pitch. The price is really convenient, because it's 25-30 mil. and with the selling of Sigurdsson I think you've got the money to deal. He's got 72 mil. of release clause, but fortunately it doesn't affect the chance of dealing with the club.
PCQ: Sign rensch from ajax for depth in the rb position, as in the future he will overcome coleman in his overall

PCQ- You need to complete all of the training drills to boost morale, fitness and sharpness. Also helps with growth in rating. Especially for young players
