PCQ: Change to a 4-4-2 so you can use Moise Kean when he returns (or you can recall him early) and so you don’t have to sign a new midfielder and you can put more money into a better right winger or defenders. Also the 4-4-2 is a very stable and rigid formation in FIFA 22, great for both attack and defence. If you think this is unrealistic, I beg to differ. At the start of the Premier League season, such as in their 3-1 win over Southampton in August, they used a similar 4-4-2 or even at times a 4-2-4, with Gray and Townsend being the outside wingers. In late September earlier that year, they also used a variant of the 4-4-2 with the very similar 4-4-1-1, with Rondon and Gray as the two forwards, and Iwobi and Townsend as the wide players. This was during a 2-0 win over Norwich - and these are just two examples of many cases. They also beat Leeds 3-0, drew with Chelsea and Man Utd 1-1, beat Arsenal 2-1 and many more very good results with this formation. At the start of the Premier League year, Everton were doing very well, and looked to be in for a top half finish. When they switched to a 5 at the back formation (their most used formation this season) due to injuries, they lost to Brighton, then Norwich consecutively, after what had seemed to be a promising start to the campaign. This just shows that they were very competent with this formation and it has been a popular choice for Everton - their second most used formation of the campagn after the 5-4-1. This concludes my reasoning for the 4-4-2 as your main formation. If you’ve read all this Sid, thank you!

PCQ: I think that letting Lukaku go after one season would be wasteful and also unrealistic. You could try switching to a 2-striker formation like 4-4-2

The only problem would be that there won't be a winger crossing the ball in and that's the advantage of having lukaku in the side to head the ball in and if the LM is given the job for LW there will be less defensive cover or if put in the instruction to come back on defence his stamina will be affected

PCQ: Ryan Gravenberch would be a class signing. He plays for Van De Beeks former club, he has a very high potential and he is a very all rounded central midfielder.
No one has respect for Van De Beek, Sid isn’t using him, United doesn’t play him & everton barely give him game time. It irritates me so much, hopefully EtH has a place for him next season.

A good signing for the RW position would be Belgium’s Doku or Brazil’s Rodrygo
PCQ: if you are looking to strengthen the right wing position then maybe consider re-signing James Rodruigez as he is 81 rated. You could probably get a season or two out of him and he may increase in overall if you put a development plan on him. You could probably get him with an offer of around 25 million. If his contract is expiring then you may get him for as little as 15 million.
PCQ: Everton's black-with-red-stripe kit looks absolutely INSANE ngl... would love to see it more often in matches

If you’re struggling with midfielders you could move iwobi or holgate into that position

PCQ: Could you consider signing Patino from Arsenal? He is young and as a good potential plus he can play in the midfield. I hope you consider it since you don’t have a lot of midfielders in the squad

PCQ: For a RW sign Thiago Almada he has 86 potential he is 74 rated and he is a CAM also his overall jumps to 76 after being confirmed to a RW .
PCQ: Julian draxler is a cheap option and with quality and has experience playing with world class player
Would be a good option tbh nice to see a suggestion for a player who doesn't have crazy potential
PCG: Sign Gravenberch in the January transfer window because he is very underrated and you have never signed him in Career mode. And if you can’t afford him, I think you should start Davies because I’ve noticed he’s very good, especially in the air.

PCQ: I’d recommend taking a look at Teun Koopmeiners for that midfield. He’s not the quickest, but the Dutchman is incredibly skilled, has similar potential to van de Beek, and probably doesn’t get the attention he deserves at Atalanta.
PCQ: I think you should sign guimaraes from New castle to replace de beek because I think he could help make more chances plus he's only got like a 82 overall
