Swedish meatballs have both nutmeg and allspice which may provide the "unusual" taste. Regular TV dinners started in 1953 and Hungry Man dinners started in 1973.
Happy Valentine's Day!!! We are trying Guy Fieri's Cheesy Lasagna with Pepperoni tonight after seeing your review a while back. Going to pair with a salad and some Motor City Cheese bread :) We want to try Gordon Ramsey's Wellington Bites you reviewed but they have not made it our Walmart yet
I’ve not seen any of the frozen food lines you’ve shown at my grocery stores. (I’ve not checked Walmart 🙂) thank you for bringing them to our attention. 🙂
I feel like these celebrity chefs are just sticking their names on a frozen dinner and not really involved in the actual business.. I have been so disappointed in some of these dinners. Great video guys 😊
Actually the first frozen dinner is or was a turkey dinner you were right about that but how it came about is a man named Gerry who worked for Swanson noticed that a company had a bunch of leftover turkeys in a railroad car leftover from Thanksgiving and that's how the frozen dinners came about
Swedish meatballs have allspice and nutmeg, I actually just recently made it and my husband didnt like them....why, Im not sure, I thought they where delicious.
I've never eaten Swedish meatballs, so I could try that. I loathe turkey breast, so not remotely interested in that. Very picky about meatloaf, and I suspect i would not care for this dish... And while I don't have any true objections to peas, there are some much better veggies. And I don't like ketchup. Too sweet... I'm dubious about the pulled pork mac and cheese. Texture - wise.
I like when you two review frozen tv dinners.
I’m with Kristin.. I love peas . I make pasta with peas , bacon and onions and it’s so good .. love you guys .. keep em coming ♥️♥️
I love a good pea
I LOVE frozen peas too! I pretty much include them in all my meals. I will sometimes even eat a bowl with butter as a snack.
If you’re a foodie as long as I have been then you know who Anthony Bourdain, Andrew Zimmerman and Adam on Man Vs Foods
Zimmern*

I don’t know if I consider these guys major high-level foodies. They are just fun lighthearted entertainment & lovers to talk food. 🤷♀️
I love man vs food lol
You don't know who Andrew Zimmerman is?????
The first frozen “TV Dinners” came out around 1953
Knowing what I remember from watching Bizzare foods at least this food is normal lol
I love Jamil's shirt-it reminded me of Broken Wing by Martha McBride
It would be good if you could cook it in the oven or air fyer versus the microwave. Compare if the taste is different and better.
YES !!
It’s so hard to know if liked or not in reviews “It’s okay, not the best but not bad” sooo good? Cracks me up lol
This brings back childhood memories where ive eaten plenty of frozen dinners and totinos pizza rolls. Thank you aunt.

😅INVENTED IN 1947. AND THE SOCK FLAVOR IN MEATBALLS ARE PARMESAN. THEY USE HELLA PARM INSIDE SWEDISH MEATBALLS. LOL
Cook the mac and cheese a little bit longer to thicken it up a little more. It does look nasty ,though.😐

You guys know so little about food. Sigh
I tried this and the noodles were like chewing gum and the lack of sauce is prob why. Either way the noodles are half cooked at best
