My Recommended Running Kit
Trail running trainers:
Salomon
Love these trainers really good for off road/trail running, ideal for most occassions in the military : amzn.to/3QApbH3
New balance
Another great trail running shoes that comes in a bit cheaper than the Salomon, for most people this will be perfect in terms of budget and performance for basic training : amzn.to/3qwt5qj
Road Runners
Nike Zoom Fly
I am currently using this Nike Zoom Fly 3's, i have had these for sometime now and they still feel amazing and i would recommond getting a running shoe for the Zoom Fly family : amzn.to/3JMmRdS
Running watch: amzn.to/3GzwiLo
(using this myself, basic and does a great job, really cheap)
Running shorts: amzn.to/3GAXF7J

You helped me out with a question 2 months ago and now i am nearly ready to apply for the army! :)
Aiming to be a para so wish me luck
Glad you got it sorted mate, best of luck!
Train hard and don’t give up, best advice I can give if you wanna go para’s
Good luck I’m hoping to be para too should be going to the assessment centre mid next year
Regular bottom field session but you will do the assault course three times over.
This bottom field is part of the RMCPC. I did it when it was the PRMC and f**k me it’s horrendous. After you get through that they load you up with carbs (pasta and mints) and throw you on the endurance course which is arguably worse😂I passed for basic back in 2018 to get into basic training but got injured and also became a father of two. Debating on trying to get back into basic again to try and get into the core 🤷🏽♂️
Considered the reserves?
hey Goodevening I have just applied for the army but my medical does not reach the limits something like that they said but I went back to my doctor today and they say everything is fine no back problem no eye problem no sickle cell, can we get it touch because I will like to show you and ask you about it. please and thanks
PTI's are all scary af😭
Memories ! I hated the monkeybars, especially when fingers wet and frozen. My fireman's carry oppo was 6ft 2in and 16st. I was glad when the 32 weeks was over and got my green lid. Then the hard work started.....
Really enjoyed it make. Thank you. Your style is fab compared to these so called USMC visual diahorreah makers.
Sounds rough mate, looking back on my military career I wish I gave it a go.
Haha nice one mate, clueless of them our RM are a lot better than there USMC in my opinion anyway, thanks for watching.
