I totally agree with your list, for those on it that I have seen. I would say Ronin is the best so far. For those you didn't mention, Hannibal had amazing picture quality and that was the first 4K from Kino. 12 Angry Men is up there as well. Marathon Man and Death Wish were, in my opinion, a bit disappointing.

The Killing is great but Saving Private Ryan is the best war film in my opinion.
Can’t go wrong with Saving Private Ryan, I need to give that a rewatch on 4K.

Silence of the Lambs 4K has half the beginning of the movie in the wrong color space. Sucks so bad that they won't fix it.
Yea the colour grading issues stopped me from putting it on the list, but detail wise it’s great.
