That must be a common problem with those engines. The valve guide did the same thing on mine last year. I ended up tapping the guide back in and staking it with a punch. I've put over 200 hours on it and the guide hasn't moved yet.

That breather gasket Is known to leak on kawasaki engine's.

I'm gonna check it,I believe the upper crank seal is bad.
