Great videos sir. I have a hrc216 and self propell not working. I removed the cover and shaft not spinning. I did try to engage but nothing. Question- engine runs fine, if engine runs, should the pto shaft be turning or is there an internal problem ? Thank you

Use decreased or parts cleaner or PB BLASTER that should work man.

Our church has a newer Xmark commercial mower. The church recently hired a landscaping service and don't use the mower. Had in professionally serviced in the spring. Let it sit for several weeks and then would not start. Had it picked up and serviced again by same professional company. They said it was just bad gas, charged $200 and it ran when we got it back. It sat for and month or so and would not start again. We plan to sell it in the spring. I checked and we have spark. It just cranks and won't even kick. Any ideas, are they temperamental to sitting idle?
