The weird animal creatures are the chirithys and Spirits while the people are Ephemera, Skuld, Brain, Lauriam and possibly Strelitzia (I'm on the fence with that one but he did witness her murder soooooooo...). While amnesia would say he's lost those memories, I think that they have started popping up in dreams. Think later in, I think the remind DLC or the main story I'm not sure, the fight with Marluxia. He says he's starting to remember things. And now his nobody's been destroyed, he's probably back as a somebody, Lauriam now with his memories of Union X and his dead sister. Who's to say Vens 11 year coma didn't let some of those memories pop out? But its mostly speculation. We've seen Ephemera in kh3, Skuld was confirmed as Subject X, Lauriam should be back along with Elrena (Larxenes somebody) and Brain is pretty much confirmed to be the ancestor to Eraqus since he has masters defender. I really think Union X will play a role soon and that would possibly mean Vens memories returning slowly. Who knows! Maybe even Dark Inferno X is holding onto those memories and slipping them to him as dreams gradually. I've got myself in theory territory I'm gonna stop, sorry to annoy you.

The ppl he doesn't recognize are skuld, Ephemera,brain,and lauraim and he doesn't know them because the secret reports tell that all 5 of them traveled into the future and lost their memories. The strange creatures are the chirithies. His being the one sora meets in the final world as confirmed in the ending when his chirithy returns to him.

The Keyblade Armor could be summoned by Eraqus, Xion (yup), Xehanort and Mansex, this technique is so powerful that ... well ... *Vietnam war flashback* ... *cough* The lingering will *cough* My point is ... why they don't use it ??? ... I mean they're fighting for their lives in this game, right? Why not use such a useful defensive technique? They are both still inferior to her. Aqua is a Master, they aren't, and has a decade of experience over both. Aqua also lost her armor which was destroyed after Xemnas died in kh2.

So, this crazy long gaming story started with Ven, Aqua and Terra at their Mark of Mastery exam in the Land of Departure. Aqua meets Mickey and Kairi in Radiant Garden. Kairi is connected to Sora before their tragic and forbidden love story even started because of the protection spell Aqua placed on her (DAMMIT PAOPU FRUIT LEGEND CRAP!). Terra meets Sora and Riku in Destiny Islands as boys. Terra passes on the Guardians of Light chosen Keyblade wielders mumbo jumbo to Riku. Ven meets Axel in Radiant Garden, and fights Vanitas before falling into a coma, leaving his heart in Sora's custody (BBS). 10 years later, Destiny Islands is overrun by Heartless. Sora wakes Kairi in Hollow Bastion, becoming a Heartless (which then gave us Roxas and Naminè) [KH]. Naminè replaces Sora's memories of Kairi with her, which is where Xion fits in [KH: CoM]. Roxas is recruited into the Organization where he meets and befriends Axel and Xion, but then has to leave it to wake Sora (KH: 358/2 Days). Sora continues his quest to find Riku and Kairi, with Donald and Goofy in tow. They reunite in the World that Never Was. Riku and Sora defeat Xemnas and return to Destiny Islands, Kairi waiting for them (KH2). Riku and Sora have their Mark of Mastery exam. You also missed that Aqua also saw Riku and Sora as kids after Terra, and she noticed Riku was passed the keyblade by Terra. Didn’t give one to Sora because she figured one keyblade was better than two, to avoid possible infighting like Aqua had with Terra

It's called "Keyblade Inheritance Ceremony", either purposively like Riku or accidentally like Kairi. Sora is the exception of this. He never held the keyblade before, but he has strong light in his heart, so it chooses him over Riku, the original wielder, due to the darkness in his heart in the first Kingdom Hearts series.

Yes partially is because Sora's heart is strong. But that's not enough, since you need at least a contact with the Keyblade. It usually is a direct contact like Riku's or Kairi's but in Sora's case, because Ventus who is a keyblade wielder is inside his heart, it gives Sora a liability to wield one as well. But of course since that's not a legitimate and official way for the Keyblade to choose, it chose Riku who went through an official Keyblade ceremony. But since Riku fell into darkness and Kairi's heart went to Sora and her body became an empty vessel, the closest and next candidate was Sora who has Ven's heart. So yes, Sora is an exception but not just because of his strong heart. Leon also has a strong heart but it's not enough for the Keyblade to choose him and outright reject him in KHI.

it's convenient and useful to keep things moving, but boy I still would've liked 10 more scenes like this were they are catching up and putting things together(or having trouble explaining things with each other, like every KH fan's position). it feels like Jimmney erased any further potential/need for more scenes like this due to how convenient/easy it is.

6:10 guys.... pay close attention to the time gaps between each person talking, and then the laughing that follows. there's like a 3 second gap between the dialogue and then you notice it takes like 3 seconds for everyone to get the joke and then start awkwardly laughing..... this is why a speed run in this game lasts less time than all of the fucking cut scenes combined and players have to sit through hours of cut scenes between minutes of gameplay....

I think ventus is talking about the events of union cross in this scene for this reason. Ventus starts talking about this great adventure he was in and people he didn't know right after saying that he was dreaming about sora and his friends (TWEWY, FF, DISNEY characters, etc) . This suggests that he knows who sora's friends are during the series, making it very clear afterwards that he dreamed of people he didn't see in sora's adventure, that is, (probably) the union leaders (Ephemer, Skuld, Lauriam and brain). and about the animal creatures, it’s very likely that he’s talking about dream drop distance and union cross, because they both have dream eaters.

Nope. Ven was dreaming about Sora's journeys. The people he didn't recognize were the many characters Sora encountered while traveling to different worlds. The weird animals are the Dream Eaters that Sora befriended in the Sleeping Worlds. This is hinted at by the cutscene at the end of Dream Drop Distance, where we see Ven smiling in his sleep as Sora plays with the Dream Eaters.

Ven is remembering his time in KHUX. The ppl he doesn't recognize are skuld, Ephemera,brain,and lauraim and he doesn't know them because the secret reports tell that all 5 of them traveled into the future and lost their memories. The strange creatures are the chirithies. His being the one sora meets in the final world as confirmed in the ending when his chirithy returns to him.
I'm pretty sure the strange animal creatures are the Dream Eaters. In DDD, we see Ven smile when Sora goes to thank them in DDD's ending.

If he was referring to dream eaters he would've said it right after the part about him seeing soras adventures. Plus they made a point to confirm the chirithy at the end was ven's when it went back to him in land of departure. They are talking about the chirithies.

At 7:52 I’m taking a wild guess that the people Ven didn’t recognize might be his buddies from Union X. As for the “weird animal creatures” are either the Charithy or those dream eater animals that Sora and Riku used.
Probably the Dream Eaters since when Sora goes back to meet them at the end of 3D we see Ven smile in his sleep.

Clearly, being a Master is only a title, but in BBS, the 3 protagonist show a lot of level, Ventus defeated Vanitas, who had a weaker version of the Keyblade X, that is a considerable challenge, Terra defeated Master Xenahort, and I know, he didn't really fight because he wanted to steal Terra's body, even so his will was so powerful that he defeated Terra-Nort, and Aqua is obviously the strongest of the trio, because she defeated many powerful important characters, as well as survived a considerable time In the world of darkness, he also defeated Terra-Nort and his heartless version.
My point is that these characters, these protagonists, have the power of a master and have very advantageous skills in comparison to Sora, this does not mean that Sora is weak, because he has defeated all the villains, what makes me mad is that Sora is not considered a Master when he clearly exceeds one, it would be great for Sora to use the skills of a Master, but apparently for Nomura that is asking a lot.

So, this crazy long gaming story started with Ven, Aqua and Terra at their Mark of Mastery exam in the Land of Departure. Aqua meets Mickey and Kairi in Radiant Garden. Kairi is connected to Sora before their tragic and forbidden love story even started because of the protection spell Aqua placed on her (DAMMIT PAOPU FRUIT LEGEND CRAP!). Terra meets Sora and Riku in Destiny Islands as boys. Terra passes on the Guardians of Light chosen Keyblade wielders mumbo jumbo to Riku. Ven meets Axel in Radiant Garden, and fights Vanitas before falling into a coma, leaving his heart in Sora's custody (BBS).
10 years later, Destiny Islands is overrun by Heartless. Sora wakes Kairi in Hollow Bastion, becoming a Heartless (which then gave us Roxas and Naminè) [KH].
Naminè replaces Sora's memories of Kairi with her, which is where Xion fits in [KH: CoM].
Roxas is recruited into the Organization where he meets and befriends Axel and Xion, but then has to leave it to wake Sora (KH: 358/2 Days).
Sora continues his quest to find Riku and Kairi, with Donald and Goofy in tow. They reunite in the World that Never Was. Riku and Sora defeat Xemnas and return to Destiny Islands, Kairi waiting for them (KH2).
Riku and Sora have their Mark of Mastery exam. Sora sees virtual data versions of Aqua, Terra, Roxas, Xion and Naminè in his dreams. A data version of Roxas tells him that the real him has to save them all (Coded, Dream Drop Distance).

Definitely a crazy long gaming story, but the most bad*** video game team up ever to come out of 7 gaming softwares, and 5 gaming consoles. KEYBLADE HERO 9 ASSEMBLE!!

Maybe? It might also be a "strong will" thing, seeing as Jack Sparrow held it for a few, before it popping back it Sora's hand. Once Jack realized it was Sora's specifically, he pretty much have up at that point
It's called "Keyblade Inheritance Ceremony", either purposively like Riku or accidentally like Kairi. Sora is the exception of this. He never held the keyblade before, but he has strong light in his heart, so it chooses him over Riku, the original wielder, due to the darkness in his heart in the first Kingdom Hearts series.

Yes partially is because Sora's heart is strong. But that's not enough, since you need at least a contact with the Keyblade. It usually is a direct contact like Riku's or Kairi's but in Sora's case, because Ventus who is a keyblade wielder is inside his heart, it gives Sora a liability to wield one as well. But of course since that's not a legitimate and official way for the Keyblade to choose, it chose Riku who went through an official Keyblade ceremony. But since Riku fell into darkness and Kairi's heart went to Sora and her body became an empty vessel, the closest and next candidate was Sora who has Ven's heart. So yes, Sora is an exception but not just because of his strong heart. Leon also has a strong heart but it's not enough for the Keyblade to choose him and outright reject him in KHI.

There’s something EXTREMELY fishy about his knack for unlocking powers over the heart by accident: shuttling around damaged hearts to be reclaimed later, making new ones, his default Keyblade is called the KINGDOM Key, when the final level of 3 is “Stairway to Heaven”... yeah, The Boy Ain’t Right

Of course not. Her Keyblade Armor is in The World That Never Was. Xemnas took it and stashed it in his chamber. In one cutscene (I forget which game), he even talks to it.
Her left arm is always empty in the first place ... It was always that yellow circle on her sleeve that act as the trigger to summon her armor ...

it's convenient and useful to keep things moving, but boy I still would've liked 10 more scenes like this were they are catching up and putting things together(or having trouble explaining things with each other, like every KH fan's position).

6:10 guys.... pay close attention to the time gaps between each person talking, and then the laughing that follows. there's like a 3 second gap between the dialogue and then you notice it takes like 3 seconds for everyone to get the joke and then start awkwardly laughing.....
this is why a speed run in this game lasts less time than all of the fucking cut scenes combined and players have to sit through hours of cut scenes between minutes of gameplay....

Here’s a theory. Ventus is in Union. Hearts can travel through time. What if they had a vessel in the past, and they pulled ventus there?

Ventus starts talking about this great adventure he was in and people he didn't know right after saying that he was dreaming about sora and his friends (TWEWY, FF, DISNEY characters, etc) . This suggests that he knows who sora's friends are during the series, making it very clear afterwards that he dreamed of people he didn't see in sora's adventure, that is, (probably) the union leaders (Ephemer, Skuld, Lauriam and brain). and about the animal creatures, it’s very likely that he’s talking about dream drop distance and union cross, because they both have dream eaters.

The people he didn't recognize were the many characters Sora encountered while traveling to different worlds. The weird animals are the Dream Eaters that Sora befriended in the Sleeping Worlds.
This is hinted at by the cutscene at the end of Dream Drop Distance, where we see Ven smiling in his sleep as Sora plays with the Dream Eaters.

@@kybaliel Yes, I am. There's a cutscene at the end of Dream Drop Distance that shows Ventus smiling in response to Sora's reunion with the Dream Eaters. That's proof enough that Ven was sharing that moment, because he was asleep in Sora's heart.
