Also, I think it's only natural for him to express his devastation on Kairi's death more than anyone else. Sora clearly loves her more than just a friend and if anyone STILL doesn't know this to this day even after 13 games, I don't know what to tell you. That sort of grief is a whole other pain

I didn't really care to get caught up on what was missing like the Final Fantasy characters and just took it for what it was, and it does everything it sets out to do pretty well. 3 100% has some of the best Disney world design for example

I'm gonna start out by saying I'm an insomniac and love kingdom hearts and I watch lore when I can't sleep so feel free to ignore this but I wanted to say that it sounds like your saying they should have been able to block that but lasers being shot at you and heartless flying full force at you, are gonna have different amounts of force. Yeah they are fast enough to deflect the lasers but they were kinda just slapping away what would be comparable to professionally thrown baseballs from every direction. But the heartless storm is more like someone throwing little people at you at near highway speeds, yeah it's slower but it has way more force behind it honestly I thought Riku being able to hold back the tide of heartless like that was insane especially after a smaller heartless storm broke his old key blade earlier in the game not to mention that in the scene we watch this storm take out everyone there in one go but Kiri and it only cuz Kiri can't become a heartless because she's a princess to of heart which also means she was alive the whole time being dragged deeper into the storm of heartless waiting for Sora to save her and I think that's what held Sora's heart to the world long enough to time travel and save everyone

Kairi got a rewrite. She’s useless damsel who doesn’t even try to fight anymore despite the fact she’s a trained fighter now. She fights a tiny bit, gets KO’d, nearly dies my Terranort’s blade, gets kidnapped, then dies.
He was convince that they all died for real. In Kh 1 there was still hope and in the 2 too but in that scene in the surface it is like there is no hope anymore. Also Sora was searching his friends for like 2 games. It must have been really hard on him to loose friends he love again. Even if he do miracles thing he is still human and there is an amount a heart can support before breaking. Maybe it was too much at that moment for him. He felt useless like if at the end even how hard he try he still lost them. So at that moment it is very clear to me why Sora cried. Because what is the point to be strong and brave if at the end you loose people you love anyway. As for Kairi I was sad too about what happen to her in the end, but my guess is that she will play a much bigger part in the next installement. Nomura decided that Kh3 was a game of transition I think. I am soo much hype for the futur.

I think I get the final ending now. (Spoilers Ig) Namine says kiaria is holding soras heart together . When Sora fades away kiara is unable to hold his heart together anymore so he gone. I never understood after this scene it’s like sora traveled back to the past.
I enjoyed the first game a lot, the second game is when they started convoluting things too much. What's worse is that you literally have to play all the other games in-between just to understand this one. At this point, they just pull stuff out of their ass, the story is so weak that I can't seam to enjoy it anymore

A simple metaphor for light and dark, a simple structure to the story, and what I thought brought everything together well was a simple love story. I think I get the final ending now. (Spoilers Ig) Namine says kiaria is holding soras heart together . When Sora fades away kiara is unable to hold his heart together anymore so he gone. I never understood after this scene it’s like sora traveled back to the past.

I enjoyed the first game a lot, the second game is when they started convoluting things too much. What's worse is that you literally have to play all the other games in-between just to understand this one. At this point, they just pull stuff out of their ass, the story is so weak that I can't seam to enjoy it anymore
Laughy Pills There’s something about the second one that I really didn’t like, even though I never played this game, by watching the cutscenes (I do that when I’m not sure to buy a game or not) I don’t like Sora’s character, he turns out to be too sensitive and dependent on his friends to keep going compared to my favorite. (the first one)

A simple metaphor for light and dark, a simple structure to the story, and what I thought brought everything together well was a simple love story. By the second game, the love story takes a back seat.
