dont turn off the engine exactly after the pass. youre preventing your turbos from cooling properly, their movement stops as theyre still burning hot and bearings can weld together in worst cases
The camera angles were killing me. Steering wheel or dragy wiper blade. You should contact the factory to talk about the stability. Might help for next time.
i really hope you drove a few times up and down after the runs especially because it seemed like you turned it off afterwards for a couple of minuts. the water and oil standing in the hot parts could start to boil which surely isnt optimal. i really like you and your stuff for quite some years but sometimes you should consider asking someone professional for advice^^

Watching this so slowly increase in speed after 200 makes the Chiron even more impressive. Even the standard Chiron goes up to 276mph quite easily but the 300+ is mindblowingly fast

Agera RS Did 280+ in 2.3 mile. Something wrong with agera HH. I will come to that runaway on this year with my agera RS to post TH-cam. Even agera S much faster than that at 2.3 mile. And venom gt did 270 mph in 2.3 mile. Agera RS is FASTER than venom GT.
@RobertPope-RAZ no engineers, no e85, no full team to configure the car to go that speed. Still a way off but alot of factors play a part in going that fast

The veyron run wasnt on a proper air strip and there was a turn there. Despite that veyron hit 216 mph on the speedometer. The actual gps speed which was measured was after when james had lifted from the accelerator so it was measured less than 200 mph. Anyways both these cars are pinnacle of engineering.

The problem with drag cars though is you only go maximum speed for a fraction of a second before shutting the car down. It would be nice to set a drag car up with street gearing and give the shuttle landing strip a run in an aerodynamic vehicle for 2 miles. It would require active aero though to keep it planted.

The only reason why he stopped accelerating at 178 is because one of the passengers in the car shit their pants. Lol.
I think Koenigsegg lied about the Agera R top speed being 270mph because it was barely even accelerating at 220mph so therefore their would be no way it could’ve went 270mph.

Fun fact: it is an active runway and is regularly used for astronauts to land on when they fly in; sometimes in fighter jets. Prior to landing, you can hear them announce their intentions via radios (supplied by the testing company) to the control tower and to communicate with drivers to clear the runway. Super cool place
