    Damn that's a sexy bow.*clears throat*
I can confirm that this training technique has helped me immeasurably with "aim small miss small" especially when it is located on a larger target boss. Giving something for your eyes and brain to "focus" on is key to having that amazing experience as an instinctive archer, where you arrow "magically" hits right where you are looking. This is a cheap and incredibly effective method to use with archers of all ages and skill levels. From the very start Jim, this video (paper cup training) led me on a journey from small improvement to small improvement and has helped me share incremental success to beginners, watching their eyes light up as they see their arrow dive into the cup because it has helped them "pick a spot".
Great video mate, keep up the amazing work and.... ill see you on the internet

I used to play a game like this with basketball. Make the shot take a step back when you miss take ten from that distance. Training games are better than just training

I use slices of pool noodles stuck to the butt. Works beautifully and lasts longer than the cup for the same size. Also it's slightly 3d in itself, but does the job 😁

I’ve been shooting my morning coffee cups for 10 years. I think humans/animal’s eyes can lock on 3d objects easier than flat paper prints. I know mine can.

I was introduced to this technique by a Holiday Hotel Entertainer in Fuerteventura in 2012, the Guy didn’t claim to have invented it.
