Hi Melanie! I’ve commented a few times on your videos because I absolutely love them, and it always is exciting when youtubers respond, but I remember you saying in one video that you were never able to get he sticks that can pick up multiple pieces up at once to work with you, but I just wanted to share a tip I have figured out! If you load up enough of the pink wax into them (I usually do two hard presses into the wax) the long sticks work wonderfully! Hope this helps, and I adore all of your videos🥰
I love the multi-placers now, but yes you’re right…I still struggle with the longest ones. I think what you’re saying would work best. I also think the rocking technique has worked for me better too, where I kind of rock the drills from the back to the front to “load” them onto my tool, and then rock them the same way to “unload them” onto my canvas. As a beginner I prefer round, I love advice to use round drills for larger paintings and square for smaller ! Thanks 😀

To this day I’ve never seen brighter, more faceted drills on any diamond paintings! DAC still has my vote 3 years later for the #1 diamond painting company on the market!

Thank you for the video. I'm just about to start my first one.
For future videos you should use a slightly different camera angle. The camera is pointed down too far which is difficult to look at. It makes views feel disoriented (maybe its because your desk has a angle to it. Try to make the camera angle at the same angle as the table which should make the table appear flat)
This video was recording 2 years ago, so I hope my set-up has changed dramatically since then. Thanks for the tip though!

Hi. Great video. How do you do it with some of it rolled up???? Doesn’t it go funny when you roll up to a new section? How is it so flat even though you have it rolled up.? Thanks
@BonkersBecca Diamond Art Club has a patented canvas (it’s kinda velvety), and it comes rolled up. Because of that canvas, these paintings will flatten out immediately once you unroll it. Then I only roll the part I have not added drills to, because once drills are placed, I never roll it again. I hope that made sense!
