We usually have a "polite" horn and "GO FUCK YOURSELF" horn, but the louder horn usually isn't fitted to these kinds of city trucks because they would make every living being within 100 meters shit themselves if used inside a city

I think back in some videos u said that the drivers in your country are good, disciplined etc. (things like that) ..but from what I've seen in this video.. most of the car drivers are d*ckheads.
It's so simple.. if you (me or anyone else who drives a car) see that u can't pass the intersection and u''re about to stop in the middle of the intersection blocking everyone else - then don't f*cking go in the intersection ..just wait the next green light. But most people, even in my country (and probably everywhere) are like donkeys. They see green light and just go forward without thinking that they'll stop in the middle of the intersection and block the traffic and others with green light.
If I was you I would react more aggresive to ..for example this guy at 5:45 ..or even the mini-bus in front of him. Like go more closer to him and press hard horn. They and few other cars could easily wait and give u enough space to make the left turn, but.. Most people driving on the streets (car, truck, bus - everything) think only about themself.

Happens everywhere man. Around my town people are nice drivers as well. Always let you merge or give way even tho you don't have the right, just because it smooths up traffic. But intersections? Nope. Survival of the fittest.
