Or maybe people that are model builders that like me knows trumpeter kits are not known for their accuracy nor are they known for fixing kits when errors are pointed out to them. Id like to know that the kit im buying is as accurate as possible and if you guys could make the corrections that trumpeter overlooked Id definitley buy it from you.
The ONLY problem that I have with Trumpeter is that the instructions on some kits are sketchy and down right questionable . Some of the parts are not marked at all . Now I normally build models on a weekly basis and occasionally several at a time , especially when the models call for the same color . I was assembling the engine for a 1/32 scale F - 6 night fighter . It wasn't until I double checked the parts for painting when I saw the discrepancy between the assembled parts of the engine and the instructions and now I'm trying not to break any of the smaller pieces . The part A section of the engine refuses to match up with the part B back section . Over time I've noticed several omissions and misnumbered parts as far as several instructions . The instructions for a TBM is correct for the engine but not too clear for the F - 6 since they are both the double wasp engine . I'm also not your average model builder over the years my work has wound up in several museums.
The other day I wondered if there is a Titanic for H0 scale miniature railways. 1:87 scale. Probably not tho. That would be over 3 meters long - the size at which kajaks start.
Just bought trumpeters Titanic, man this thing is a beast my only gripe so far is I wish, as Im sure many builders will agree That the hull should have came in black And not because we don't want to paint it Its more when we drill out the port holes We'll need to get in each port hole with a brush to paint it up black! If the hull came in black it definitely would have saved a lot of time fixing a step that should be unnecessary. : )

Can’t wait in the next 2 years. Did anybody else hear that there is supposedly a recreation of the Titanic and it’s suppose of all look the same size and shape everything exteriorly on the outside Im pretty sure the famous grand staircase is gonna be on that ship too. Check it out online.
Yeah I do want to get this model kit just to put it together and take my time to take hours and just sit back and make sure that each piece is perfect and when it is done I know that I have work a lot of hours and months so I can enjoy each moment of putting this together
Would like some help from someone, I am currently building the Academy 1/600 Titanic and would like some suggestions on how to improve or make it better looking. Sorry but I am not a scratch builder so anything like that unless real simple I can not do. Thanks for any advice.
I bought my 1/1000 scale model last year. I love it. It's beautiful. I take a look at it everyday. I recommend to anybody interested in helping the H&G team to buy one.
Eric we can refund you right away, no problem. People who buy and wait for six months know that this is a hand painted model ship, not a cheap mass produced model with any color and missing details. So far out of almost 1000 orders less than a handful canceled their orders due to the wait. These ships are made by me and my wife, we dedicate over 10 hours painting each ship individually and if you do a simple math you’ll come to the conclusion they are very cheap. So if you are unhappy with the wait, please send us an email and we’ll refund you right away and direct your order to someone who maybe thinks it’s worth the wait.
Once when it does come out, I feel like you should give a tutorial on how to properly paint everything so we can have an accurate model and it be the best model it can be

I have been waiting for this for a long time and I can't wait for this kit to come out will have to get one
Over time I've noticed several omissions and misnumbered parts as far as several
instructions . The instructions for a TBM is correct for the engine but not too clear for the F - 6 since they are both the double wasp engine .
I'm also not your average model builder over the years my work has wound up in several museums.
What color did u use for the masts and welldeck good sir?
Looking real relaxed in that shirt, that weather and that ice tea :) Hope to see more info soon
The other day I wondered if there is a Titanic for H0 scale miniature railways. 1:87 scale. Probably not tho. That would be over 3 meters long - the size at which kajaks start.
Just bought trumpeters Titanic, man this thing is a beast my only gripe so far is I wish, as Im sure many builders will agree
That the hull should have came in black
And not because we don't want to paint it
Its more when we drill out the port holes
We'll need to get in each port hole with a brush to paint it up black! If the hull came in black it definitely would have saved a lot of time fixing a step that should be unnecessary. : )
Why dislike this video? Because he spent 60% of it thanking people nobody has heard of and the last 30% trying to sell stuff. That is not a good video.
Where can you get a really detailed model of the Titanic?
Im hoping that there are 1/200 Olympic class liners because trumpeter doesn't have it
Would like some help from someone, I am currently building the Academy 1/600 Titanic and would like some suggestions on how to improve or make it better looking. Sorry but I am not a scratch builder so anything like that unless real simple I can not do. Thanks for any advice.
I went to pigeon forge this weeks loved the museum
Nice video! Also the models look amazing!
Eric Morang forgot to click reply.
@@Makethings987 Well I can tell you right now that unless they come up with something utterly mind blowing I will not be buying another one.
any news on when we get this model
Once when it does come out, I feel like you should give a tutorial on how to properly paint everything so we can have an accurate model and it be the best model it can be
Suban otro vídeo tour por el interior del titanic por favor, Quisiera ver otros lugares.
Will you ever make the Imperator Class Liners?
