I think all catfish can be eaten. They say some are better than others but they all good to me. And i really dont know on the music. They make us use their music they have made for youtube videos so i downloaded about 10-15 i liked . I dont like every video to have rhe same music so i change it up .

I think we call those bullheads up here in Wisconsin but I didn’t get a good look
Here it is a yellow bullhead according to Mississippi Game and Fish but we call em mudcat

Them mudcats are one of my favorite fish, my mom loved them.
They are good while the water is cold but when the water gets hot here in summer they not as good
