- My old rescue boat system uses nylon string and ping pong balls which always got tangled up.
So after doing some research online i decided to build this rescue boat which i think is a much better solution.
If you notice any flaw in the design do share your views in the comments below.

just wanted to say awesome video! the best one on youtube for fabricating a rescue boat, i just bought the ft009 to rescue my ft011....cant wait to get my ft009 to start making it into a rescue boat thanks to you video!!!!!
Wow is that awesome, I just happen to have this boat. But I have a Spartan that is a awesome design I will be making one for sure thank you for sharing this info I'll be watching for more

do you think it would be possible to fabricate this with 1/2 inch pvc pipe for less weight on the boat?
If that is PVC it is 1/2 inch not 3/4 inch. How does the rig retreive a boat?

hi, where did you get the pvc pipe? home depot carries minimum 1 1/2 inch....i cant find smaller diameter...
