    Wow masarap manyaman. 😊I already made the rice puto twice. The second one I made 2!recipes, Kc po napkalambot. It melts in ur mouth. Kc yung nabbili sa labas magaspang sa bibig st matigas hehe. Yung po ginawa ko same like this one umalsa, pero ano po ang secreto para may crack on top? Salamat po! 😊God bless u Mrs Galang!

      Using this recipe, try filling your puto molder with the mixture up to the brim, then steam. We hope this trick works for you. But if you want a puto that really cracks on top, try our Putong Bigas recipe.
