Why did this woman invite this guest on,, when she spoke 75% of the time and he was left to just listen to her talk. He hardly go to input anything. I hope she reads this.

Oh my gosh. I am so disappointed, I really wanted to hear Mr Vickers speak, but all I mostly heard was the interviewer talking about her "piece". Reluctantly, I turned off. Stop doing a Meghan Markel, if you want to talk about yourself and your own opinions - don't have such a respected guest on please. 6 minutes in before he had an opportunity to speak.

The royal reporters always over play H and M’s importance as evidenced by the ‘headlines’ they garner. What? You mean the posts in Harpers, Vogue, People, InStyle, Hello, etc? All pitched media by their PR team? Do they ever read the comments on any post about these two? Always overwhelmingly negative. I don’t know if this bodes well for an unremarkable pair who so desperately want to be taken seriously as activists and humanitarians. They are literally unbearable to listen to.
And are the most hated couple in the world. They have lied, been proven to have bullied their family members, and disrespected the Queen and Prince Philip in their final days.

Hugo Vickers hardly said anything. You talked all the way through the ‘interview’. I will say you was very interesting but let your guest speak. Also you hardly touched on the dangers of going to Columbia and the resignation of Harry’s Chief of Staff which I thought was what this podcast was going to be about. All the same you kept my interest all the way through.
Interesting point Roya that you bring up that they are no longer associated with the Royal Family and doing their own thing (which is true). But here's the thing, these "tours" are a foreign concept here in America and don't generate the news (except in lifestyle magazines like People magazine, etc.) that they bring in the UK. We're not looking at them or any OTHER celebrities to further our interests. These visits (Nigeria and Columbia) are all highly curated and staged with handpicked media producing People magazine like puff pieces so it's hard to look at them as anything else other than that. When I think of Humanitarians, I think of Ghandi, MLK, and Mandela and philanthropists like the Kennedys, Brooke Astor, Angelina Jolie, the Gates, George and Amal Clooney etc. who go out and do good (service) without all of the fanfare as they make it about the charities and not about themselves. Until Harry and Megan address the atrocious things the Sussex Squad say, it's hard to take them seriously when they talk about anything especially online bullying. .

The point of an interview is to hear what the interviewee has to say. This poor guy hardly got a word in edgewise
I think podcasting has unfortunately allowed interviewers the space to show how boring they are - I hate it when a questionner goes on and on and on thinking they need to provide context that everyone already knows - beyond tedious

She says he was a real success in the Army. Really? So why did he have to leave? Bexause he did not have the ability to be promoted. In the Army it's either up the next rung of the ladder or out. So Harry was out.
He only wanted to go Adventuring, not do any drudge work. Adulting is mostly work. Harry was too lazy to get the academic qualifications. My dad got a battlefield commission in Korea. He had dropped out of school in the 8th grade. Despite a lifetime lack of educational opportunities he managed to get a BS and attend War College and was eventually promoted to Full Colonel. All without being born a Prince.

Harry and Meghan actions, the words coming out of their lips and the multitude of decisions to speak up when it suits them and stay quiet when the right thing to do was to speak up - describe two very selfish, manipulative people.
One example is you disagree would the the racism incident- Meghan obviously said wait Katie and racism are to different things, they stay quiet for 2 whole years, watching while their accusations cause pain and suffering for the elderly Prince Philip, even after he died and they saw the pictures of the queen sitting alone- they allowed the he racism accusations to continue.
The poor elderly woman died with this accusations hanging over her entire legacy.

As an interviewer I thought she talked far too much. The main interest is Hugo Vickers and his point of view. . I like his books but was disappointed in this interview that he wasn't given chance to speak for longer periods. The interviewer seems to like the sound of her voice here

Meghan showed absolute contempt for Harry in my opinion the way she looked at him in the interview, she kept her hand on his leg to let him know who is in control. Of course it is strained, you can't trust Harry, and as a parent I would find it very difficult to accept a child who would treat you like this, it was his opinion on his upbringing, there are a lot of photos of Harry and his father in tender moments.

I picked up on this channel hoping to have a good interview to listen to. Well, I must say I was taken by surprise. This isn't a talk interview in the proper manner. A respectable interviewer allows the guest to speak more than 5-10 minutes of a 30 minute interview. So, I came, I saw, I listened, however, I shant be returning.
What is Markles brand? It seems her brand is how to do a fashion show and gain publicity with a view to making money.
Should also add reading from her prepared script.
