Yup. We always take about sexism against women but the law is WAY too lenient on women.
You’re not wrong! If we make it very extreme punishment only a few should teach others. To lie about that ever regardless of your gender is just horrific. The damage you can cause on a whim is irreparable.

Jack always knew what he was doing AND I suspect that he knew the results of the vast majority of tests he administered long before he ever hooked anyone to his equipment.
I knew this entire episode that the father was innocent. She lost custody of that little girl to the father. It seemed odd to me that a mother would lose custody to a father accused of sexual misconduct. Either that is a very faulty court system or they were troubled by the conduct of the mother and saw through her lies.

I don't know why they rely on polygraph test if it's not 100%reliable.
They say it's used as a "guidance" tool
Even DNA isn't 100% its only not reliable when a person isn't trained 2 spot countermeasures and health things that could get in the way of an accurate reading
I havent watched all the videos regarding this situation yet but so far I just cannot and will not ever understand why statements like this come up if they arnt true. You would have to have alot of issues going on within you to come up with false statements like this. I'm not saying either person is lieing but there is something deeper going on here. I hope everyone involved in this situation has recieved the help they needed and are living a happy and healthy life now.

Am I the only person bothered by the word "fueding"? It's supposed to be FEUding
Dr Phil really shouldn't state that the polygraph is highly reliable because that's what Jeremy Kyle did and he got in trouble. This guy didn't need a polygraph test and it was very risky for him to do it. Everyone is different and could get nervous because for example they wash their baby in the kitchen sink and because they worried about it then it could come up deceptive even though that's far from anything sexual.
You're right, Kyle had a suicide because of a polygraph I think.
Plus, there's NO science to support that polygraphs are at all effective. Dr. Phil should know better.
