+lurewars shut up , I had to do a presentation the other day ... It was meant to be a confidence building activity but the teacher was forcing me to do something I felt very uncomfortable with ... I couldn't even get out of my seat when she called me up .. I started to breathe fast ... And started crying ... I ran out of the room and fell to the floor panicking and trying to catch a breath ... And there's people like you saying its a hoax so stfu because I'm sick of people saying that people are over reacting or faking it because of you see what it feels like you wouldn't be able to handle it .. Anxiety takes away most opportunities .. It literally makes me worry about every little thing I do everyday !

People just don't know how to react to other people's anxiety. Saying "keep going" or commenting on how nervous someone is does not help. At all.

I don't think anyone but the singer truly understands how difficult it is to sing in your room vs. in front of an audience. With the breath support and projection, it makes it so hard; especially when you're really nervous and you have trouble breathing and you can't seem to support your breath while singing. This girl did awesome 😍 #introvertsoftheworldunite
honestly for me it's different..when i sing on stage it takes a few seconds and I sing so much better than i normally do

I can tell you as a performer the first 25 times soloing is difficult. There's something that happens when you start singing and playing, though... Something takes over. You go into a strange place, where absolutely nothing matters. The better you do, the harder the crowd pulls. The harder the crowd pulls, the better you do.

Despite forgetting the words, this was my favorite of hers, besides skinny love, hands down. It's so beautiful. I felt so empathetic with her, because I've forgotten the words too, and I know how bad she must have felt.

She's clearly having a panic attack and yet she pulls herself back - not just back, but back enough to sing, like this. Like this! Good enough that people want her to do a cover of this amazing song. This is digging deep and pulling it out of the bag big time - I don't know how many humans have this kind of strength - its truly amazing, and as Mel B would say, you are truly amazing girl. Everyone is mad at Mel but she is right. Bella needed to learn how to push through a mistake. I feel for Bella but this was an important growing moment for her I think.

To all of you who took psy 101 and start labeling her or trying define her confidence you are all wrong. Public speech/anxiety is the number one fear. It is feared more than death. Heart rate goes to almost death, perspiration and anxiety go to maximum levels and simple things auch as speech and cognitive controls are lost. Anxiety disorder? She acts like any teenage girl would act when the world is watching.
Death to me is nothing, battling myself to go up on stage is harder. I've performed on stages and the more you do it the more you find yourself comfortable but don't be surprised when this feeling comes back around. Cos the shit happens, you just gotta keep conquering your inner-self.

I'm crying for her!!! I suffer from severe anxiety! All types! You name it I got it! I always wanted to do something like this but I never have the confidence nor push to get up and do it! Bless her!!!! It's hard!!!!!!! 'Believe in yourself' is complete bull when you can't fully asorb that! Yes! she has an incredible voice! And I'm sure she knows she can do it, but it's not easy!!! Anxiety takes over your whole body!!!! It's not just some shit you can shake off and worry about some other time! I don't think people get that!!! You think we're overreacting but this is a serious mental condition that takes more than just some self believing to fix!!! So forgive her if she messed up a little! At least she got her ass up out of bed and went to this damn audition to at least try and sing the fucking song!!! I know a lot of you wouldn't be able to do it!

She's very clearly dying from anxiety. I learned that back rubs really help. Atleast for my case. If someone warms your core up with an aggressive but affectionate rub on the back, it helps alleviate some of the shaking and anxiety at least in my case. Even arm rubs too.
