Hi, thanks for posting this - it's super helpful to watch someone else do this. I made cabbage dolma last week to kick of Lent and I ended up burning it. It tasted terrible, LOL so I'm going to try bell peppers and zucchini this week. Thanks again for the video - I feel more confident that I won't mess up this dish too badly!! 🙂
Thank you Ashly, you are amazing as always. I have to try it with dill. I make it just like that . Only difference is, I put porabelo or white mushrooms with a bit of dried porcini and (or) bit of shiitake. And, since I'm lazy, I put it in oven (less husle) instead of cooking it nicely on the stove top.
You can enjoy this anytime! When I say cold, I meant room temperature. Cold out of the refrigerator is just fine, too. You can also warm it up if you please. It's however you want 😊

this dish looks delicious and I'd say super healthy too. Is it better to eat in the summer if it's meant to be eaten cold though
