    🌸Some great teachings by SIR -
    🌸 Our cultural identities can be different but our civilizational identity is one.
    🌸Our civilization is the oldest and the greatest still continuing never extincted.
    🌸धर्म is not religion.
    🌸Teacher is not गुरु।
    🌸Entertainers are not role models.
    🌸Education should be FREE for everyone.
    🌸True Leader will serve the country not himself.

I was impressed by your Knowledge, then i saw more of your short videos. Then I started watching the long episodes. When I sit for Dinner, I play your Video in 2X and watch it completely. I love this format. Not just because I get to ask questions and thankfully you often find them useful and important enough to be discussed in the sessions, but I feel this kind of session calms the live audience in the chat window and people tend to focus more on what you're speaking rather putting their questions on the live chat, which is not wrong in the least, but this is definitely a more productive pattern, in my humble opinion. Please do 1 session like this every week sir, that is, if possible. Thank You for answering my question, by the way 😊💜

      Good question sir. I agree the 10000 bc story is BS. Nilesh Oak/Sangam Talks YT channel has done good research showing this happened around 200k years ago.
      All major human milestones such as fire, city building, wheel etc are much older than we are currently taught.
      His research shows that the oldest Vedas record these changes in humanity so they are a record of human events from 200k bc to 15k bc.
      Then the other Scriptures took over.
      Surya Sidhdhant is a continuous
      record of astronomy from 26k bc to 5th century CE.
      Ramayana happened 14k bc.
      Thats his timeline.

    There was a question that the executions of Guru Arjan and Tegh Bahadur were purely political motivations, as put forth by some historians. Then the question to ask them is: so in their book, it is okay to execute someone for political motives and/or kill in general? Then the assassinations of MK Gandhi, Indira Gandhi can also be viewed as being political, and be treated similarly. Especially. when folks of a particular hue went on the rampage in Punjab, after the latter's death.

    How can Mr Bhagat Singh be a communist? In Indian context, patriotism and communism are opposite words

    • @rohitkothari3890
      @rohitkothari3890 2 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      Meaning of communism was different back then. A lot of right-wing nationalists during freedom struggle said pro-commue things back then bc of anti-imperialism wave.
      If they were alive today, they would not call themselves commie, they would be nationalists today. So time, place, context matters.

    • @rohitkothari3890
      @rohitkothari3890 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Bhagat Singhs legacy has been hijacked by leftist commies.
      He would call himself a Sanghi if he was alive today.

    • @asmita3928
      @asmita3928 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@rohitkothari3890 yes, agree with you. Probably as an ideology, it had its appeal in the pre independence era since it pointed out western materialism and oppression of working class which the people under British rule could relate to. However, it was also very much a political movement and I doubt if any one could trace his active involvement in the same. I think the claim is made since he had read many books on communism and his autobiography states that he was an atheist. However, he was a very well read person and read many books on socialism, freedom struggles, revolutions besides communism.

    • @andignitionchannel6143
      @andignitionchannel6143 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      You should put forth your(changed) views on the topic to your teacher - in a respectful manner and not confrontational. This will lead to either of 2 things - 1)The teacher adjusts his/her initial view point and makes other students discuss (I'm being too optimistic) OR 2) The teacher would ignore your views anyway.
      But you must never give in to dogmatism

    #AskAbhijit Sir in one of your videos you mentioned that Gautama Buddha accepted the authority of the Vedas and the existence of the soul before he died in the Mahaparinirvana discourse. However I read the discourse online but could not find any such instance. I request you to please give the reference for that as it is very beneficial for Hindu Buddhist unity🙏

    Sir, can sanskrit Replace English as a global language??
    As we know that the sanskrit is oldest and most influential language all over the Asia even in the all muslim countries in Asia having suffix "Stan" a sankrit word example, Pakistan, afganistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan etc.
    And even russia is also named after "Rishi" which is again a sankrit word!!!!
    Please answer sir🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏.

      Yes in the long term sanskrit will be the international language.
      Before that, we need to do many things to de-colonize our minds:
      Change calender to Hindu system from gregorian
      Change global timing system from GST to old Indian system. Before 19th century, Shiv Linga at Ujjain was considered center of earth and International Time Line was determined from that location and not Greenwich,UK (GST)
      Change govt & school holiday systems. Stop long xmas celebrations, lenghthen hindu holidays.

    What is the History of Konkani People? As it is the only language recognized by the Government (those languages printed on the back of the rupee notes) that is declining. Is it just a dialect of Marathi (I don't support or believe this). How is it linked to Jainism? I heard the fact that Ex Prime Minister of Ireland and England were of Konkani speaking Lineage(Why do Christians use Konkani? How did it spread?) Is Konkan Coast named after Konkani?

    • @aryanyadav3690

      @@JokerJoker-xc7xb No I don't agree, Konkani are fully Bharatiya, they are followers of Bhawani mata, Vitthal (Krishna) & Mahadeva, Jews you are talking about is related to Goa, Mumbai or Kerala who came by sailing 👍

    • @kshenai
      @kshenai 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @Joker joker: what do you mean by Konkanis are not bharatiya ? From where do you get such theories. Atleast make an effort to research before commenting your assumptions. Abhijit Sir keeps teaching us about pragmatic thinking. Use it.
      There are 2 types of Konkanis; 1) The original settlers of Goa who migrated from the SaraSwati river bank when the river dried out. In fact they are called as Gowd Sarawat Brahmins or GSB. There was another migration in the last century owing to the barbaric inquisition of Goa by the Portuguese. We migrated all over India ( mostly southwards to Karnataka / Kerala and adapted the local language to assimilate well with the locals. We had no option- either convert or get tortured horribly or die. Goa did not get independence in 1947 - we were still under Portuguese rule for many more years. Imagine the atrocities we faced. Goa is a temple land, but it has been Portuguesied to an extent no one knows about this now. Our temples and texts were burned along with the people. Our first Guru is Maharishi VedaVyas himself. There is also a book on this which Abhijit Sir has recommended in his book recommendations video. Our language is declining because all our texts / temples were burnt and we escaped and accepted other state languages to assimilate well. We had no choice.
      2) The second type are the people dwelling on the konkan belt of Maharashtra and mainly speak Marathi with a konkani dialect.

    M curious about the war Between Alexander and Porus.
    Historians says Alexander won.
    But I have doubts like Alexander had the dream of Conquering the world he won many battles. He beaten everyone mercilessly and on his campaign to India he just fought with one of smallest kingdom and after winning the war he just returned.
    I mean he was quite young that time, he didn't looted the city's or killed anyone like his previous campaign he just return. I also read that he gifted gold and a lots of things to Porus and Porus gave him some Iron.
    That's it and it's sound not correct to me. If he made Porus his Ally and Porus was ruling the kingdom under him thn why there is no records of it like any ambassador each others Capital??
    Ignore the grammar mistakes.

    #AskAbhijit sir, looks like Iranians are also suffering from similar aryan invasion theory problem as india. Even their civilization is as old as ours around 7000BC but Westerners say it was apparently wiped out by alleged aryans from steppe region same like indus. So what is so significant in steppe region that historians keep hyping them as the undefeatable advanced people.
