Waqf board is controlled by Government? Devaswom board is controlled by Government. And there is Devaswom Minister and can take Money from the Temples. But, Mosques are not controlled by Government and Government cannot touch money of Mosques😂
Muslims that go to USA , Canada , Australia etc don't have waqf boards , they have to follow the laws that apply to all so what makes India any different to those who opted to stay after partition?

How did waqf board of India acquire such vast lands ? Doubt if the British Raj wida permitted such strong governance that fell out of British taxation. Waqf PPL can claim anybodys land & the burden of proof lies with the owner to prove he or she is the legal owner of the land & those pprs r provided to the waqf board which as has been the cases - rejects the pots as false !
Wakf board does not have the Power to evict any body who has occupied Wakf land by Politics or by force --- matter goes to Court --- and the matter is pending --- Besides Politicians ( mainly Hindus ) -- Government is the main occupier --- There are several Govt offices on Waqf land -- giving measly rent of 10 rs -- 20 rs etc --- I think the BJP -- Gujju -- Bania -- Marwadi --- Real Estate Broker --- commission agent --- ki Party hai --- inki nigaah hamesha zameen par rahti hai ---- Maybe they are trying to regularise the occupied Wakf lands --- which No Muslim will agree to -- as the property once given to Allah cannot be taken back ----
