It’s an overall great car! Obviously the v8 will always remain superior over the v6 but don’t count the little brother out! There’s a lot of potential between both platforms that shouldn’t go unnoticed. You’ll find the V6 can be a ton of fun with the right setup! Especially suspension. Do you have a video on how you installed the switch with the dash lights? I bought some and started installing, the 12v converter box started overheating so bad just during the install, I know it won’t survive the Vegas heat in the summer!
Make sure to take your time and double check your work because the last thing you want is an electrical fire if something is getting too hot. Although from my experience, the box will get warm because it’s converting the power to suit the application it’s trying to run. Im in Vegas as well so I completely understand what you mean haha. I have a separate wire run to aftermarket switches. The plug is a positive and negative that you can run off any power source (of your choice) or the battery. You must keep the the inverter (box) on the wire or else the lights won’t work.
For the feet lights I took apart the little compartment in the middle it’s easy all plastic then put the wires through there and connected to the 12v in the middle box
There are two grey caps on the backside of the headlight. Remove those to access the blinker. Swap them out and you’re set. Recommend for small hands in my opinion unless you wanna remove a few things
