What impressed me initially was the weight and quality you really do feel have something with bit of heft to brilliant application of livery. It’s a fascinating engineering story behind their creation. On my layout they be used for coal. With Bachmann however as per usual they are pricey but if the wagons quality reflects the price then it isn’t bad.
Ya the weight isn't bad at all and the thing is they run so smoothly as well. It is incredible how things are made and/or re-engineered into other vehicles etc. I think for what they are they are about £5 to £10 to high on the value side, they are stunning wagons they really are, but when you have Cavalex and Accurascale producing amazing model at a 'slightly' cheaper rate, they would win hands down. Also Accurascale do pay monthly and the more you buy the more you save....its perfect..lol 👍👍
Very nice Video . The HRA is a cracking wagon and look awesome in DB Livery . The HTA wagons did not originally have buffers as these were more often than not hauled by the dreaded " Sheds " at the time however . they did later fit a few wagons with buffers ( these were used on the Fiddlers ferry power station runs ) so loco like the class 59/2 and class 60's could haul the sets as these locos were not fitted with the buckeye couplings that the 66 had . very simular to the HRA wagon . Thought that might be of interest to you . I have done something very simualar on my layout .

This is a nice train, a bit futuristic for me. 20 wagons very long isn't it and colourful 😀 . Did you say how much each wagon cost?? To buy a real train isn't cheap, I bought a full APT it cost me $1,500 NZD just because I thought I'd splash out for this train. Your layout looks quite well done too. Good video.
