Nestlé is a Swiss transnational food and drink company headquartered in Vevey, Switzerland. It is the largest food company in the world. Nestlé's products include baby food, medical food, bottled water, breakfast cereals, coffee and tea, confectionery, dairy products, ice cream, frozen food, pet foods, and snacks. Twenty-nine of Nestlé's brands have annual sales of over $1 billion, including Nespresso, Nescafé, Kit Kat, Smarties, Nesquik, Stouffer's, Vittel, and Maggi.
Nestlé was formed in 1905 by the merger of the Anglo-Swiss Milk Company, established in 1866 by brothers George and Charles Page, and Farine Lactée Henri Nestlé, founded in 1866 by Henri Nestlé. The company grew significantly during the First World War and again following the Second World War, expanding its offerings beyond its early condensed milk and infant formula products.

If each one of us owned some lands growing our things and eating from there this world would be much better for many reasons! All these factories and industries dont match with human mindset and way of life! They match more with evil! Honestly! Lets see the truth! Too much food poisoning mind control attempts etc! They just want to rule the world and control humans! You know the motherfucking new world order! They want us to forget about God and start worshippig shaytan! Audhu billah! But God justice will come! And when it will come all these evil people that worship shaytaan and money will wish to be just a dust in the wind inshallah!

Eh, that's why they are big. Being ethical is costs more. I mean who actually thinks companies can do a right thing in face of profits. Sometimes they do the right thing, but it's almost always because because in that situation it's more profitable move. Either to get good pr, market changing or being forced to do so and then spinning it as them being saints.

It all depends on who the leader is. Earlier who started the company was more inclined towards solving a problem. Eventually when leadership changed the company shifted from a people driven company to a profit driven company. It all depends on the person who has the authority.

Local laws are useless against international Companies. That´s why they keep dividing us.
As long as there is no global instance, the world is ruled by Corporations.
If one contry forbids to them to do a thing they simply move the production to another one.
And Swizerland is a paradise for curropt companies because of some nice loopholes.
An example : In the EU it´s not allowed to produce forbidden goods. In Zwizerland you are free to do so as long as you produce it in order to sell it in other countries. That´s why swizerland has so many Tabacco Factories. You can make Zigarretes for all the countries even if you use Substances that are forbidden in Cigarettes in Europe.
The same with Pesticides and Medicins that are forbiden in Europe.

I haven't purchased a Nestle product since they screwed Toll House cookies. And this has meant that many brands which I used to purchase, I no longer do -- Purina, Carnation, etc.
And I wouldn't buy their bottled water if I were dying of thirst, for no other reason than they are stealing it from California. It is the world's worst conglomerate - and a perfect example why one corporation should never be allowed to buy another -- ever.

Correction: Peter didn't claim "Water isn't a human right", he argued that showering multiple times a day and wasting water should not be a right and have heavy fines.
I see this said everywhere but he's really not a sadistic maniac

That's a trick. Almost all your water ends up at the treatment plant again, to be used infinitely, unless your body or the earth absorbs it.

A disgusting company with no morals whatsoever. I've been boycotting Nestle since 1975 and will continue to do so - I also ask everyone I know to do the same thing. Please join in, if we don't buy from them they will go out of business.

Carl Taylor Actually the better plan would be splitting up all those companies to more manageable size like they did to an oil company in America sometime ago .Because just making it go bankrupt would leave such a huge power vacuum that it could destroy the world economy
