Depression is not a joke. I have remembered @njeri wa Muigai saying alilalia bedsheets for 3 months without washing them.
Going through a very tough, dark & lonely season.
I wish there is a support group for this in Kenya where people can share because i feel talking can help.

Depression is not a joke,i almost took my life after he packed and left ,one does things hata unashangaa if its u i would cry everyday for three months down the line but all i accepted and healed again but its not a joke
