What material is your Kolkatta baandli? Is it Alluminium or Hindalium, (which is an alloy)! I like the way you use rubber spatula in the mixer, this way the blades don't get dull. You seem to like to use Teflon coated pan. Please think twice before using it, it is a carcinogen. Excellent, wish I could taste it. Have not eaten this in 65 years. bahaLa chennaagi maadidheeri. 🙂😋
