What's more awesome, the fact that this madlad stranded 30 kerbals on the mun, or the fact that he took the time to move them all out of the craft to take a screenshot
If it takes around 8-10 seconds to EVA a kerbal 1 by 1, And if he had 36 Kerbal's, It would take between 288 seconds(or 4 minutes 40 seconds) and 360 seconds(or 6 minutes) I have done MATHS

Lmao, I talked to you on reddit a few months ago and you said you "wouldn't bring back blunderbirds unless someone dumped two dozen kerbals on the mun or something funny like that"... Well here we are.
GCCB 4 His old rule was that he would never visit the same place twice in a row. He quit Bluderbirds because it just became a set of missions to pick up one or 2 guys from the Mün or Duna. We gotta make things interesting if the Blunderbirds are really gonna come back.
GCCB 4 He’d need a good excuse to bring along the ship, and 50 is a little excessive. You wouldn’t know this if you haven’t played, but the Mün is the Moon, and that’s where he’d want to go least.
It’s literally the same thing as calling the road “the concrete”. Runways are rarely built with tarmac, so calling them “the tarmac” is even worse that calling the taxiways/apron “the tarmac”.
So I suppose I underestimated how strong the nuclear engines burn. I think I'm gonna chill out with the 30+ kerbal missions so this doesn't happen again :( Hahaha thanks for rescuing them Matt!!!
And then there's me piling so many tourist mission in one trip... Scary stuff when I design a multi-goal ship, like one that carries 10 tourists, a land station, and a lander to Mun, and bring back some undisclosed amount of ore and science data... Without the massive mk3 aircraft parts. Sometimes my mad genius terrifies me. It did happen one time before the ESA update. All for the sake of efficiency and staying on the cheep cheep.
The fun feeling that Matt is able to fly this massive SSTO and do a charming mission but doesn't notice that the problem with steering the craft was simply that the front gear he used has no steering
Kerbals: stranded on the mun for days, likely close to starvation Matt: flies them into the side of his plane making them fall to the ground, plants a flag before helping them
To make large landing gear steerable: - place it to servo (I use biggest one, but maybe something less is enough); - disallow servo full rotation and set angle limit (I use +-5 degrees); - map servo target angle to Wheel Steer in Action Groups; - set Absolute Control (for auto-return to 0 degrees when you are not steering); - set Inverted Control if need. Voila! You can steer your craft without on/off engines.
I love the idea of a bunch of stranded Kerbals walking around aimlessly, just picking up rocks. Eventually just devolving into a giant fight when the realization they can't go home really sets in...

I would have just put it on top of the SSTO, attach it with a truss, and used the nose down nose cone on each end of the crew module to make it look sleeker.

I think the rationale is that it would be pretty unrealistic to run a supersonic intake through a crew cabin. And for such a big ship, the minor difference in drag wouldn't really matter.
