Here some small (micro) error is occur due to some voltage drop in components , but it doesnt exceed more than 6v imean it is in between 5-6v so no problem ... thanks for your feedback
I can't use it for power supply when i connect it with voltmeter it's show from 0 to 3.40 voltage by increasing slowly and then i connect it with buzzer and it consume all the power and buzzer stop buzzing ac power supply still on
It has very limited current as you can observe the entire circuit is producing approx 20 milli amp to drive the led. In such low current conditions if load is increased ( higher watt value device like motor, buzzer , ect connected) than voltage drops drastically. So the solution is to remove the 100k resistance from the ac input . Add a higher resistance variac about 500k with in parallel to the zener diode .& Adjust it from higher resistance to lower by monitering the output currents.

Your given circuit and your video does not match. In given circuit it is 10E resistor and 470uf 50 volt capacitor but in your video no 10E resistor and 470uf 10 volt capacitor then why you upload such video and circuit which do no not match just mislead.
