What bothers me is the short amount of time that they even have their colored hair?? like a lot of idols would do bold colors for mvs then do promotions and then right at the middle they change their whole color again to a color that is totally opposite of the color wheel lmao it's so stressful for their scalp to undergo changes done in such a short period of time

I don't know if you will ever read this, but for THAT level of damaged hair, try doing a week long egg yolk treatment at home. That gives protein to your hair and helps it grow. But it'll be better to do that on the week that you are not going to meet anyone. I didn't dye my hair, but due to some health issues a side effect caused my hair to be fragile and easy breaking too. I have done that and now comparatively, my hair has almost stopped breaking since then. Minimal to nil breaking.

For breakage they have professional hair stylists and probably get health checks so she should know about any potential vitamin deficiency, protein could help but not in all cases.
