- Emmet Cahill, Irish tenor singer and former member of the group Celtic Thunder, visited Houston Public Media's Geary Studio to record a couple songs while in Houston for an August concert. With Seamus Brett on piano, Cahill performed the Academy Award-winning song "Moon River," by Henry Mancini and Johnny Mercer, famously featured in the 1961 film Breakfast at Tiffany's; and the Scottish folk song "Will Ye Go, Lassie, Go?," by Francis McPeake, another song (like "Moon River") that has been covered prolifically by many artists over the years.

I spend much of my time in my EMV, but will always take time to dance with him to this lovely song...as we did tonite. Dear Emmet Cahill, thanks to performed my father's Tonal Key. I recorded my own version to pay a tribute in a way to him, but I feel I can improve my version, and I will do whenever I can.
