I feel your pain and frustration deeply. We have been trying for nearly 2.5 yrs just to even start. It is what is is but WHY does it have to be this way sometimes. I cannot wait to watch you move in and live vicariously through you guys!! I also feel for ya living off property, we have cows and live off property and all of our stuff is in our barn there so...we go multiple times a day....sigh and cows destroy stuff too. Our bull has no shade because he destroys everything we tried. He dumps out his water too. Genius.
Also what is your recommendation for white paint in the RV's?

We closed on some acreage with septic, well, and a small solar set up. The weather in California has been nuts and the inflation has been painful! We're in the opposite situation from you guys, we don't have a structure yet. We are staying with my parents and have had some major health scares too. All we can do is keep on going, even if it's an inch at a time.

My place was installed on empty and no longer used horse property.
A few months after the house was installed and my boys and me moved in weird things started happening and continued to keep occurring for many, many years.
After my accident where my right ankle and lower leg was shattered and I was in a wheelchair for over a year, one of my older sons friends had a person come and "clear" the house. They also put up dreamcatchers (which weirdly to date, over 14 years later still have no dust or spiderwebs on them though rest of house do (a constant fight living in a dirt field on a dirt road with no working AC or central heating)).
Anyways since her smudging and chatting event the weird occurrences have stopped.
I did have a dream once in the early years of being here of a ancient fight with settlers and native Americans so I believe your suspicions are right.
