Assuming Elon Musk's recently revealed statement about his own kid.... that kind of helps explain why he seems to have a dislike for Disney. Disney has been actively promoting nonsense. WE don't like that nonsense AT ALL!

It's great that Gina Carano has this opportunity to move forward with this lawsuit. She has gotten a lot of help from Elon Musk. How many people get railroaded by Disney and other companies because they don't have enough money to pay for the lawsuit to begin with? Disney and other companies are WAY more guilty than any of us can imagine becuase so many people did not have the opportunity.
It's just not right that lawsuits are so prohibitively expensive for some people. There is no way such a situation can be taken advantage of by people with bad intentions. (dripping with sarcasm) We'll be watching the courts very carefully here.
As long as the deck is stacked against normal people in the "court" system then... norma people can start addressing this problem by walking away brom these bad acting companies and never looking back. Normal people need to remember that they might not be in a bad situation at the moment, but eventually they might be in a bad situation.
