Apologies on this one Dallas. Your unit was originally setup as a prototype/testing board, and my best guess is that it didn't go through the strict assembly process that is applied to customer boards. We usually get complains from customers that we put too much Loctite to all our screws, so this is definitely an isolated incident. But still, you are riding our product, we should have made sure it was perfect to ride, even as a quick testing unit, for your safety. We appreciate your honesty and we will make sure that in the future, we will test our review units, just like we would with customer boards.
This is what’s great about Acedeck! You guys don’t discourage critique, instead you listen to the customers and make changes and improve. Transparency like this is awesome to see. That all makes sense and like I said in the video, this should not stop someone interested in buying the board.
It was a good heads up to go through and lock-tight all my bolts after getting an S3 as my first eboard. Thanks for the vid! 100% same problem and saved my ass.
I got the Stella S3 because i was not sure if Eskate would terrify me or if i would love it. well I LOVE IT!!! now i kinda wish i opted a bit higher and grabbed an all terrain board lol but still love jumping on my S3 any moment i get! Also given what Acedeck can do with this price point man i can only imagine what those higher end boards are like!

totally with you on the thread locker thing. same with my now ex Nomad. None of the bolts had it, glad i trust no one and check🙂
This is basically the same board as the envy, and the pioneer 4x, I have the pioneer 4 e we with clouds definitely will leave you wanting more range

Yes at full charge I was able to hit 28mph
