I actually love treasure islands. I feel like they actually keep me from getting burnt out, which sounds weird.
I completely agree - it's funny eh? you would think getting the items easily would make you less interested in the game but I think it actually is very inspiring!!
I thought that treasure islands were going to ruin the entire experience for me since it’s basically beating the game, but it did the opposite
I think the reason why is because its unmotivating when you have to scower everything to get one thing you need, but treasure islands give you what you need immediately, so you can work on what you want to.
yeah!! i started going to them literally just yesterday and currently im doing very big villager hunts and having a blast, ive found some of my fav villagers today (time travel) because of how easy it is. i dont get people saying that it will make the game boring as its actually made everything more fun
Such a cool and fun video!! I love giving free stuff on Nookazon, mostly mystery bags. Sometimes when I do yard sales, I wait for Celeste to visit so if they don't find something of their liking, at least they get a cool DIY lol.

At first when I did treasure islands I did the ones with dodo code on the screen and I’m so impatient that it made me go nuts with people constantly leaving. When I took your advice and did the ones with the codes in the chat, it was the best thing ever. I usually just grab a whole bunch of stuff and then go from there with my island. I’m trying to do fairycore but I think it’ll be fairycore/ whatever I feel like lol.
I love Nookazon so much, especially the yard sales. I started two days ago, hosting my own huge yardsale for the first time. (I always go to them) It's nice for a change, making ppl happy. ♡ I still have a ton of stuff left Lol, so I'll keep hosting until it's all gone. ♡

I made a yard sale too, I was poor after but it was worth it to make peoples days
I did this once and people were so happy, I grabbed like 10 sherb photos and the people snatched them

I haven't played in about two years. It used to be skip the day, collect stuff from nooks cranny and sell and buy on nookazon. I'd make friends, see new islands, and trade. It was still slow but then even doing that was seen as cheating and everything on nookazon was still expensive and not really cheating because you'd have to have a lot of bells.
I'm still not to sure how to feel about all of this now that I'm back on acnh but I mean.. now I can decorate as quick as I need items so I think this may solve burnout but may make me finish my island a lot earlier than expected then be bored, or I can restart.
Id love to know if you guys prefer the free treasure islands and your experience between acnh 2 years ago vs now. Comment if ya want.

I can’t fly to other islands :(( I have Nintendo online, but it just won’t work :/ so sad!!
:( it could be your internet connection or the connection on the other side, also sometimes Dodo codes expire so trying another island could also help! hope you can get it sorted!
